Attended a presentation put on by the doctor and the Profound rep, in which they cited a 100% response rate. Had the treatment in July for lower face and under the chin, not too uncomfortable, was feeling optimistic. One month later, no response. After 3 months and no response, they said it's more like 6 months to see results. After 6 months and no response (see 'after' pic) they said could take up to a year. I'm over a year now and there's been ZERO improvement. In fact I think the after shots actually look a little worse under the chin. (No weight change to account for it.) Of course there is no refund, and minimal services were offered in compensation. I will not return to this doctor.

Hate to say it, but you do look better with the before pic, but you have to study it. Maybe the way you are posing. I also wouldn't worry, your face should resume what it was before. I had Forma done. Don't waste your time with that either. One side of my face got a bit lumpy but returned to normal.

I tried a different but similar RF with prp. VERY EXPENSIVE, one time and zero results. They told me I would have to do it at least 3 or 4 times for actual results--don't think so! What a waste of money.

For sure. Different if it's a few hundred dollars, but for a few thousand dollars and a promised 100% response, this was a total waste of money.

I’m one month out and so far, zero results for me too. I too, was told 100% response rate.

These treatments work well if you only have a bit of sag. That’s my opinion after having wasted lots of money myself. Maybe you need 3 sessions if it, But I went to a plastic surgeon and he pretty much was honest about these latest devices. These services are good as a way to prevent your skin from sagging too soon.

Sorry to hear that. Very misleading marketing by the manufacturer and the doctor. I hope you see some improvement in the next few months...

I had Profound done over a year and a half ago....ZERO improvement. TOTAL waste of money. I am now scheduled for a consult on a mini lift. Hoping that will give me the results Im looking for.

Me, too. Five years ago, I had Profound done on my lower face, aiming to tighten up my jawline, loose skin, slight jowls, and double chin.

I had no improvement at all. What a crock! A few years after I had the Profound and realized it did NADA for me, I got a mid lift (a facelift focused on the lower half of the face/jawline/neck area), and wow, that did the trick. I wish I'd never gotten Profound. It's simply a waste of a lot of money and time spent recuperating.
