How it works
- Our highly-trained Review Moderation team evaluates all reviews before they're published to ensure they're written by people like you and not a member of a doctor's office.
- This multi-step process takes up to 24 hours from review submission to publication.
- Doctors can't pay to have reviews removed or hidden.
- Reviews are only removed at the reviewer's request or if they violate our Terms of Service.
If you have questions or believe we should re-evaluate a published review, let us know.

4-months post
Here are my results after exactly 4 months. I think it was worth it for sure. I look forward to more improvement over the next 8 months (that will mark 1 year since Profound). Make sure you have realistic expectations and PATIENCE if you get this done.
6-weeks post
I know you are all eager to see photos of my progress and I will post at 3 months. I'm only 6 weeks out but here are some impressions.
Right now, my facial skin definitely seems "plumper". In other words, if this is not residual swelling (and it could be), Profound increased dermal volume on my face.
There are still some light red "welts" around my jawline, but there barely visible and just kind of look like rosy skin. Even at this early stage, I don't mind them considering that I think I look better.
The skin that was treated FEELS tighter, but I'm not sure if it actually IS tighter. That said, the contour of my lower face looks "better". I'm not sure exactly what is different, and it's really hard to tell in the photos I'm using to gauge the progress, but something is different - and it's a good change.
Finally, in the past 10 days, TWO people have told me they thought I looked like I am in my mid-twenties which is really shocking since it's hard to see differences in my face day-to-day. Last week, one person said they had assumed I was about 26 after we met. And yesterday, an old friend who I hadn't seen for a few years said he was "shocked" that I look as young as I do. Neither know that I did this procedure. The latter friend told me, "Just keep on doing whatever you're doing".
In summary, so far so good - no dramatic changes, possible improvement, definitely not worse than before. Still two more months to see if it really did anything!

2-weeks post
I'm totally back to normal except for a little redness on my cheeks. I don't wanna jinx this because it's way too early to be able to know if it worked or not, but I feel like my jawline is already tighter. I'll keep everyone updated.
