Here are my results after exactly 4 months. I think it was worth it for sure. I look forward to more improvement over the next 8 months (that will mark 1 year since Profound). Make sure you have realistic expectations and PATIENCE if you get this done.

6-weeks post
I know you are all eager to see photos of my progress and I will post at 3 months. I'm only 6 weeks out but here are some impressions.
Right now, my facial skin definitely seems "plumper". In other words, if this is not residual swelling (and it could be), Profound increased dermal volume on my face.
There are still some light red "welts" around my jawline, but there barely visible and just kind of look like rosy skin. Even at this early stage, I don't mind them considering that I think I look better.
The skin that was treated FEELS tighter, but I'm not sure if it actually IS tighter. That said, the contour of my lower face looks "better". I'm not sure exactly what is different, and it's really hard to tell in the photos I'm using to gauge the progress, but something is different - and it's a good change.
Finally, in the past 10 days, TWO people have told me they thought I looked like I am in my mid-twenties which is really shocking since it's hard to see differences in my face day-to-day. Last week, one person said they had assumed I was about 26 after we met. And yesterday, an old friend who I hadn't seen for a few years said he was "shocked" that I look as young as I do. Neither know that I did this procedure. The latter friend told me, "Just keep on doing whatever you're doing".
In summary, so far so good - no dramatic changes, possible improvement, definitely not worse than before. Still two more months to see if it really did anything!

Thank you so much for the updates! I am having it done in 3 weeks and I am very nervous but excited. I do not want to tell anyone, so I am taking about 8 days off work. Do you think thats enough? Will I be able to hide bruises and swelling with makeup?
Everyone is different. Just don't panic if it takes a bit longer. You might want to get some Dermablend foundation just in case. Ulta has it, just find the right shade and a good sponge applicator. Applied well, the stuff is the best coverage out there.
65. Caucasian. Good skin, some micro sagging developing. An R.N. recently told me not to try Ultherapy because the pain is unbearable and any possible benefits are negligible. She said radio frequency, like Profound RF, which her practice doesn't have, is the current gold standard and go for that or go for nothing. I'm so grateful for her honesty but I can't do a review because I don't want to get her in trouble with the doctors who employ her. You chose the the right procedure.
thanks for posting this! so many bad reviews of Ultherapy so I was wondering how this compared.
Is Ultherapy the same as RDF? I had the Ultherapy procedure August 15th. Complexion at 4 weeks looks good but there is a noticeable imbalance between left and right side of face. Kind of like an edema causative. Disappointed that upper lip lines were not addressed and so now looking for a solution for that. Any suggestions?
Can we get an update and some photos?

I'm totally back to normal except for a little redness on my cheeks. I don't wanna jinx this because it's way too early to be able to know if it worked or not, but I feel like my jawline is already tighter. I'll keep everyone updated.

hi
I had profound on my face 3 days ago and my face is still swollen since then, today i noticed it’s less swollen but i also noticed i have a double chin which I didn’t have before the procedure. Is this staying or will it dissolve as am starting to freak out that I destroyed my chin while fixing my jawlines. Any idea?

I wouldn't worry at 3 days. You have to wait at least two weeks before the swelling resolves. It will get better every day after 4 days. How are you doing today?
Can you post some pictures pre a and post of Profound?
Please continue to post your progress. It really helps me to get an idea what my progress will be like after I have my profound.

Your review has helped calm my nerves that I didn't make a huge mistake and the swellling is normal. Your results look great. Thanks again!
