I'm 27, about 5'10" and 153lbs. I've always wanted to get an augmentation since puberty hadn't blessed me with more than a 36A cup- 36B in a greatly padded bra. I'd always been very self-conscious about my small bust and had never felt proportionate.
Earlier this year I finally decided to get an augmentation- I'm a strong, independent woman, and it was time I held my head a little higher with confidence. I went to 3 very different consultations, the second was Dr. Case. He was mid-range in price, but appreciated the professional manner with which he and his staff treated me and the fantastic surgical accolades he's received.
It's now 3 months after my surgery and I'm very happy with my results as well as Dr. Case's commitment to continue yearly follow-up exams. I clearly choose the right doctor for this procedure and will continue to talk him up to my friends and co-workers for years to come.
Best lasting investment I've made in a very long time!
I'll add pictures as soon as I get them :)

Still loving it!

It's been 1yr 8mos since my surgery and my boobs have finally settled into a comfortable 36DD in a Victoria's Secret Pink bra. I had a rough time for the first year trying to figure out what bra size actually fits! Due to being off work with little exercise for about 4 weeks after surgery I did gain almost 15 lbs that have stayed put. The implants make me look alot heavier/bulkier on top, so I've had to adjust my clothes shopping. My healing time was quite arduous since my pectoral muscles were very tight prior to surgery and ALOT of stretching had to happen to make the 475/500cc gel implants fit behind them. It's a small price to pay though!

Upsizing!

Unfortunately, my boobs are different shapes/asymmetrical naturally. I hoped by going with 2 diff implant sizes they'd even out- but it made the problem more noticeable! So I've decided to go back to my fabulous surgeon and replace them with the same sizes and go up in size as well. Due to my chest wall and it's tightness, my doctor originally would only go as large as 500cc to be safe. Now that it's had time to relax and adapt to both implants, he's comfortable with going up to 700cc in both. I'm stoked! If I'm gonna go to the trouble and expense of surgery again I'm taking full advantage of it! Supposedly the healing this time won't be nearly as rough and will be alot shorter duration. I'm really hoping to be able to still fit in my 36DD bras afterward since I bought a boat-load of them! More to come.. :)
