PRK Over-Correction Concern

Hello, I had PRK (via advanced wavefront laser) eye surgery 14 days ago and had my 2 week check-up today.

My original perspecription had slight astigmatism in both eyes with -2.75 (left eye) and -2.50 (right eye)

Both my eyes show an over-correction and now my vision is +1.75 (left eye) and +2.00 (right eye).

Currently, I find it difficult to read writing on my phone and computer in low-light and need to increase the background light to a fairly high setting.

Also, my left eye shows ghosting of images and my right eye has some blurriness.

Thoughts on the amount of over-correction? Is this amount of over-correction too much? Will it heal and lower to +0.50 or better?
