13 weeks! Perfect result. 375 cc mentor high profile silicone

I just got finished with my 13 week (3 mo) follow up. I am thrilled. Dr is thrilled. And he says they will just keep keeping better. They feel like they've always been mine. The only thing I would change on the outcome are things that were just my beginning anatomy so for me I am just so thankful for the result. I went through thinking I should've gone a hair bigger but really I am plenty big enough. Very proportion and can play them up anytime I want with bras! I'm carrying more weight right now bc I've just really babied myself. I was clear to workout at 4 wks and I did for a week or so and then decided to just relax. Let them heal perfectly working out will be there. :) I lost all my progress pics from day one so these are all I have. I go back in 3 months. Looking forward to comparing!

I want to run, but don't want to lose boobs!
So I jogged 3 miles today. First time since surgery. I'm loving my boobs so much, I'm worried I'll lose volume getting back to working out. I know. How silly! But I'm wondering if any of you felt the same. I do know I need a better sports bra would love recommendations. And I am 5 weeks tmrw. I'm sleeping in a soft Cami bra. Should I be sleeping in something more? I am 40 and don't want to stretch my skin more than it will anyway. Thank you!!

careful, i developed seroma after just 3 weeks asthanga training everyday, id been doing iyengar every day for around 4 years prior and there was noseroma whatsoever. I believe implants impose limits.
I agree with Marmolada, you should take it easy. I know you think you feel better, but your body is still trying to heal on the inside. Raising your heart rate increases the blood in your body, which increases blood. This will then cause wound healing problems and possible complications, scar tissue, and could cause caps cont. This is why the Dr.s tell you to keep your heart rate below a certain number. This is just my advice from my Dr., you must follow your Drs instructions and ask him if your ok to do this.
My PS cleared me for all exercise at my last visit at 4 weeks so he'd say I'm good to go. Of course still listening to my body and not chest action. But I'll definitely take it easy. Next week is 6 weeks. Thanks !!

I had my surgery 05/09/16 and in the past 4 months I've slowly lost 10 kgs. To lazy to excerise at gym but did enjoy walking as there's no stress on any part of your body. I am so satisfied with my boob and body shape change I feel like my body is a million bucks :-) gone from a loose size 14 to a 8/10 depending what I wear . I am 43 and have never felt better in 15 years
Oh and I am still sleeping in my soft bra the surgeon issued me.

Another selfie attempt. Almost 5 weeks. I am really horrible at these be a selfie's! Ha! I just can't get a good angle the pictures don't look like they do in real life! Or am I crazy? Maybe you will have some good techniques. But this is just another attempt and probably gives a better idea and also with proportion. I wish I may have gone 25 more cc. But I wouldn't say I am abscessed or think about it a lot. Overall I am so happy with them and the change from before!

25 cc wouldn't be visible, be happy with the result. I deformed my former implants on account of boob greed- crazy push up bras I wore on anatomical. Ive explanted in an attempt , and hope to accept myself implant free and chose to reimplant in 3-6 months. Im waiting now.
I read your story. Yes. Be at peace and just take time to be secure in what makes you happy. I was curious about deforming as you mention. You say it was fr push up bras? Mine are mentor smooth round silicone High profile. I haven't worn any wires or push-ups just yet. I've actually not even been fitted. Good luck to you. Be patient it will all work out.
I had anatomical ( tear drop shaped) ones so the deformity ( which also brought about near synmastia) was more visible. Besides the breast changed shape. Maybe the shape deformity wouldn't be this visible with round ones- I don't know. Im not planning to put my new ones to the test:)) I'll be wearing regular bras this time

Well he was so confident in Mentor I didn't. He did say they were his preferred. It's a gel and basically if it's cut in half it wouldn't pour out. I saw this on this site from a dr about the mentor "relatively cohesive gel but they are not so cohesive as to be form stable". I'm 5 weeks and my husband and I both already are amazed how natural they feel.
Yes, form stable in Poland are only anatomical, which I'm frightened of. I hope I'll be able to feel inspiration soft touch and mentor palpably. If not- that'll suck. Pardon my French .
