Lower Back Large Tattoo Removal - Altamonte Springs, FL

I had an awful "tramp stamp" that I regret...
WORTH IT$3,900
I had an awful "tramp stamp" that I regret tremendously! I've looked into laser removal for years and nothing seemed right for me considering the amount of sections/treatments/risk of scarring. So when I read about picosure I was very intrigued! I did my research and made a consult appointment. I couldn't be happier with my results. I wanted the best results possible so I was very patient and followed their instructions for after care. I have a very large black tribal design on my lower back. I waited 8 weeks in between treatments. I had 5 and starting in September 2014. After my 5th I started to get a bit of hypopigmentation so I waited almost a year to get my 6th treatment. It's definitely painful at first because the ink is so dark. On my sixth treatment it wasn't so bad because the ink is 90% gone, you can barely see any ink anymore. I was told it's probably my last treatment. I'll post an update after 8 weeks of my last session. If you're thinking of tatto removal I highly suggest looking into picosure!

So you said that you noticed some hypopigmentation after the 5th session.... I am right now noticing it on me too. Did waiting one year resolve the white spots? I'm wondering if I should continue on or wait... I'm hoping it just heals on it own.

I'm sure everyone is different but for me I waited and it's seemed to have gone away. I used sunscreen and tried my best to avoid getting much sun on area(which is hard living in florida and loving the sun as much as I do) So far so good. Im above and beyond pleased with my results.

CJ, I just started picosure on my lower back tattoo. It's been 3 and a half weeks...I've noticed that the skin is smoother over the tattoo (compared to it being raised) but that the color doesn't seem to have faded much yet...did you find this with your first treatment?

My skin feels the same over the treated area. I waited 6-8 weeks in between treatments and noticed substantial ink removal after third treatment. I haven't gone back for another treatment because I've haven't had time and been out of town a lot. I also like to wait till fall because of sun exposure(I live in Florida)

Best decision to get tattoo removed
It’s been a long time since my last treatment. I started to get hypopigmentation(lost of pigment in skin) but u can see in pic it’s nominal. Barely noticeable. I was told that can happen when you have darker skin. The tattoo is gone! I can barely notice the loss of pigment. Was also told they have other treatments to help it so I’ve been waiting to see and maybe look into it later on but it’s so unnoticeable I haven’t seen a need to do anything further.
If you dislike a tattoo I highly recommend it. Be patient because it takes awhile but it’s worth it!

Picosure removal
Just some more before and after. I can’t believe how dark and huge my tattoo was. One of the best decisions ever was removing it! I highly recommend picosure. Patience is key. I wanted the best results especially since I have darker skin it’s important I was patient and on top of aftercare.
Welcome to the community, I'm so glad that you decided to share your story with us. So far so good, not much more to go — good luck on your next treatment.
