I've always wanted implants but I finally plucked up the courage to go for it this year.
Choosing a surgeon was easy! I wanted to steer clear of the footballs on you chest look so after me bumping into a friend and seeing her recently augmented, beautiful, natural looking boobs I got in touch with her surgeons' secretary straight away!
I knew he was the right one for me as soon as I'd had my first consultation. There was no nonsense, no pressure and he fully explained all the risks of surgery which to me showed that he didn't want me rushing in to it without thinking about all the pros and cons carefully (very decent of him!).
I am just 2 weeks post op and already I am loving the results, they just keep getting better each day :-)

Dr Sabbagh and his secretary are both extremely professional, dedicated and exceeded all of my expectations. What a great team they are! There was no pressure whatsoever, if anything I felt that they wanted me to take my time in my decision to go ahead with surgery.
