Primary rhinoplasty with Dr Palma - it gained a beautiful state of normalcy

I am a 30 year old guy, who had a lot of problems with his nose. It had many negative features which disturbed the natural aesthetics of my face. A hump, a C-shaped bridge, hanging columella, huge nasal spine - you name it. It was big and needed deprojection and derotation.

The tip was boxy, the nostrils were slit-like. I could go on and on. For as long as I remember it was the feature everyone focused on. On top of that, my nasal septum was not straight. I was oblivious to the fact that proper breathing is not like what I had known for most of my life.

I like my reflection in the mirror and my self-esteem is through the roof! It's like someone took out a huge thorn from my side. To sum up, there are two things in my opinion, which stand out with Dr Palma:

- Skill - I have not mentioned it yet, but it was a closed rhinoplasty, which is kind of amazing to be honest. Most people have this prejudice, that the only way the surgeon can see best what he's doing is if he opens the whole nose up, which couldn't be farther from the truth! With skilled hands of Dr Palma, it's possible to do any change to the nose you need with just the cuts inside the nostrils.

The advantages to this approach are huge - less swelling, faster recovery time, and last but not least, just logically - it's important to keep the structures intact where you can. That way the nose can retain it's strength and other original properties. Why weaken it with an open rhinoplasty, if a skilled surgeon can do it equally good by endonasal techniques? But not everyone can do it, that's why I recommend Dr Palma
