Once the EZ gel PRF swelling went down very little result left

I was told the product was a “natural filler”. At first it looked great but once the swelling went down there was very little result left. I did three treatments because the nurse told me that was needed to get the full result, but each time it would look great at first then the swelling would go away and there was no change. I’m still waiting for skin improvements as I’ve been told so hopefully something happens.
