Mommy of 2 Kids Vaser Lipo on Stomach, Lower Back and Fat Transfer to Buttocks - Pretoria, ZA

I had vaser lipo done finally after years of struggling to get rid of tummy fat. I had a massive stomach that rested on my vagina and became worse after giving birth early this year. I went to Dr H Claassen in Pretoria to get this done and I have mixed feelings for now but I have to say I'm majorly impresses at my stomach as it's flat. Abit swollen and bruised but flat. I have ultrasonic cavitation machine at home with RF so I massage my stomach with that to reduce fluid and swelling. Also went for lymphatic drainage massages and I massage myself every single day. However I'm not convinced that my lower back was done as I would have had areas that are hard and bruised. And I requested a big round protruding butt but fat was Injected at top and bottom and when I raised the issue with Corrie she said the fat will drop month later or from then on. I'm not happy that my instructions weren't followed with regards to the butt that I wanted as Dr said they took out 6litres of fat and transferred 2 in butt not sure how much for each butt cheek. So month later my butt is flat and dents on the side are still there and I have no hardness or bruising on lower back. This upsets me although I really have to say my stomach looks great. Like I never thought it was possible to have a flat stomach without tummy tuck. Dr Claassen technique was not aggressive and tummy healing very well with me making sure I work on stiff hard arears everyday and stomach goes down every week.
Back to fat transfer to butt and lipo on back will see how it goes, looking forward to followup appointment to show them what I'm talking about bur overall I dont have the butt I was looking for and dont understand vaser lipo of lower back what it is as I dont feel any hardness or swelling like I do on my stomach. I only have 2 upper sides were fat was Injected and lower area. So dont get how the round protruding butt was going to happen but they said fat will drop but nothing so far.

Another last concern Im wearing a garment that covers my butt as well iI expected a garment that will leave butt cheeks open as I watched alot of fat transfer to butt videos prior to surgery and beautiful shapes were created but mine nothing just fat pumped and expected to drop somehow.
