So I am a larger lady and was a 38a bra size I wanted to be more in proportion and have wanted surgery for 20 years. I had my surgery on February 2nd 2017 and really don't know if I made the right decision or not at the moment. They look small to me but I have had 550cc hp cohesive mentor implants. Just waiting for them to drop and fluff.

Still feel really tight and all I want to do is sleep. I still think that they look a bit small but understand that I won't see the final results for a while.

So my boobs don't feel as hard today but they still feel really sore. My abdomen is really bloated today as well.

The bloating will subside in a few weeks, just as your implants will settle in over the next month or so. I think you're going to love your results. You look great for being so early post op. Congratulations!
