WORTH IT
Starting scar therapy as soon as the strips come off. if they don’t I’ll have to take them off in about a week my soaking them more in the shower/bath. They are starting to feel squishier and I’m happy with how they are looking.

One week post op
I feel great. Nipples are still stretched and breast are kinda shiny. Interesting to explain. But no pain, hope they start getting softer soon though I know it’ll be a process. My one week post op appointment is 6/21. Currently under Bust is 30 and overbust is 36

You look so wonderful already at one week post! Glad to hear the pain has subsided. Definitely looks like there is still some swelling there but your end results are going to be so great. Have you started your massages yet? I hear once you start those, you start to notice a difference with how soft they feel and it helps with the tightness in your chest.
Thank you! My surgeon actually told me not to massage them and let them drop naturally.

4 day post op
I decided to give an earlier update because I’d like to note that I feel great. After the 3rd day I was able to go out. I do get tired easily so I would take breaks by sitting down. This 4th day I feel great. My breast are still high hard and swollen but absolutely no pain. I do wear a very soft fabric between my bra and incisions to avoid any irritation. My nipples are stretched but that’s to be expected.
