After a ton of review I was super disappointed. From start to finish the whole experience was disappointing. Dr. Vargas is vague with her response and in a matter of fact way explains you can or don't have to take a chance with the procedure (not at all very reassuring or comforting) her staff "do not smile" and it's all about the $$$ .. Zero patient satisfaction !!! Do find someone else that will give you better options rather then leaving it up to chance.

I would definitely recommend you find someone else. I thought I had done all my research. I guess not enough :( sadly a bad experience. I would never go back even if she offered me and entire face lift for FREE. I just don't trust her now.

After visiting Dr Perez today I truly recommend you give him a call. They charge a $50 fee for consultation but it goes to any procedure you want done. I had a ton of questions and felt very confident with each answer given. He was very honest and sincere. He takes his time with you and ask if you have any further questions. Also very knowledgeable and makes you feel comfortable. He gives lots of details and even shows pictures of the issues you might have. That I liked! Very different from other places I've been to. Give them a try!

lol what a made up story, if you are unhappy with something, ok, but really? its obvious no Dr offers you a FREE face-lift from being unhappy with ONE syringe of temporary filler!! this is too funny and really sad that you would go that far because your mad.
sorry i mis-read comment you said "IF" they offered, but still, Ive seen Dr Vargas and her staff for years and I love the office, never rude always helpful and 100% honest about expectations, and I think her other reviews speak for themselves :) Glad you found a better "fit" for yourself.
