I am booked in to have a rhinoplasty at Beauty in Prague in just over a week, I saw a UK consultant and he would do a closed procedure, remove the small hump and do a graft to slightly raise the tip which droops just a little but is more noticeable when smiling. I want the end result to look natural. Please comment etc

to be honest i like your nose as it is. The only want to get a natural result is probably to ask your surgeon to be very conservative. U really have to see your surgeons before and after photos because they are a very good indication of what kinda nose style they like to do. Good luck

dont do it trust me brother. It will make your face look out of proportion and you will face complications. Keep the manly nose you were born with. Its sad but you will only realize it afterwards

Well its almost time, I fly on Tuesday and if all is ok with the pre tests I will have the op on Wednesday 29th Oct. I don't need to be in the office until 13th November. I have decided to start growing a beard, I am hoping that if people at work think I look different they will just assume its the beard. So hopefully swelling will be minimal by then and the bruises would have gone.
