Your scaring is amazing you’ve done an great job, they look really good btw :) xx
How do you feel about yr new boobs now? They look a great size to me and having just read your journey I wonder if now, you like the way they've settled. How long did it take for the swelling to really reduce?
So you say that you are now a D cup? I’m totally in the same mindset as you have been throughout your journey but have to say, that this size does at least work well for you even though it is larger than you wanted. My current bra size is a 32G and as much as I would love to be a B/C at the largest, I can imagine it’s hard to get them down to such a small size, given the breast size and slim figure you/we have to start with. Also, I’ve been telling people there other thing, aside from staying in the D cup range, that I’m most scared of looking like “Edward Scissorhands got ahold of me.” Sounds funny it the reality is is that I’m only 27 and I don’t want to have a horrendous result, as I have seen on here before (ahh!). While I totally get it’s for health and quality of life purposes, I think us patients deserve results that can make us feel BETTER about our breasts that we already *clearly*’ hate and not some botched job. I have a local surgeon that I plan to schedule a consultation with and your journals have been a great insight for me. I want to get this covered by insurance (USA) and I feel like I definitely have enough tissue to do so (must get a certain amount of tissue per breast removed, not sure how it works elsewhere)! Many thanks again!
Thank you for being so kind ^^ Now that my boobs have really settled I'm 100% happy with the result. I thought the swelling got away sooner than it really did. I think it took about 6-7 months. I thought that the swelling is gone so two months ago I bought 34D bras and now they are too big for me :D so my size now is 32D or 34C and now I'm thankfull for how the size turned out even more than if I ended with a B cup. I'd be ofcourse more happy if there was no scaring, but I know that it's not possible and that the scars are nothing in comparission with my old size and mostly the shape. Also the scars are hidden and it's up to you who will and won't see them, but you can't hide huge boobs :D
I had mine done i hate it my surgeon did a sloppy job, but you got a lot removed like myself do you have feeling in your breast still? i do not.

Posting after a quite long time, but I'm trying to not think about my boobs all the time, so that's one of many reasons I haven't posted since february. Any new news really, I'm still hopping my doctor will make a revision, but I'm seeing him after summer holidays, so I'm just kinda waiting and trying to not let myself hate my boobs, which sometimes is no problem and sometimes it's really hard to stay positive. I hope that the shape will change while the time passes, because now they just look like some wide asymetric squares, one higher and bigger than another. It's unrecognizable under tshirt, but they still feel too big and whenever I'm wearing something with a bigger neckline than a normal tshirt has, it's just a permanent checking boob all day long until I get home and that's something I was hoping the surgery would eliminate.
I'm adding some photos from today morning and also one with my body for a comparision how big the size still is for my figure.

I know you're not that happy with them but I honestly think they look great and really proportional to your frame. However, I hope you get the revision you want!
You look good, but I totally understand. I'm in the the same boat. My check up appointment is on June. I already told my doctor I'm not happy with a d. I was a 3ddd and I want a c or b. Like you i try not to think about my boobs all the time. It is sad because I saved all the money for not getting what I asked for.
I think your breasts look lovely, but I agree with you that your frame is so small you could have been a lot smaller. I am a bigger person than you are and went from an H to a C, so it can be done. I, however did not want to be too small because I wanted them to be proportional to my body. People tell me they are proportional, but how we feel is what is important. I hope both you and I come to love what we ended up with...I am almost 3 months post op, so fingers crossed!
Why would he take less than 200 each side? I think some breasts are much more dense for some people than these doctors anticipate. Initially my surgeon recommended 250-300 for me but I pushed for what I wanted and he actually took 400 each. Maybe now that you’ve had your lift, some volume could be taken by liposuction?
