52 Year Old Breast Augmentation Without Lift Anatomical (Shaped) Implants (Allergan MF 410, 375/375cc)

I have recently had breast augmentation carried out by Prague Beauty in Prague (Not 'Beauty in Prague') and I was so impressed with them I felt compelled to share my experience. Prague Beauty struck me as a professional business not a fly by night grab your money and run organisation.
TOM ADAMOV is the senior coordinator who organises the flights, Insurance, accommodation, travel to and from the airport as well as the surgery at a private clinic. Tom was reliable and had a relaxed but informed approach to my welfare as did my surgeon Dr Zdenek Pros. I wouldn't of wanted it any other way as my nerves were already at high levels. It was my first time of having any surgery like this and taking a chance on having it done in a different country was also a nerve racking experience. Now I'm of the opinion that if I ever had any plastic surgery again Prague Beauty and Dr Z Pros would be the business I would use.
My day started at 7.30am with a consultation and then surgery in the afternoon. This may sound very quick and a far cry from several appointments with your PS, followed by a surgery date for your diary, but bear in mind I had been researching this for months so I was ready to act on the advice I received. Needless to say I had Wish Photos prepared and a list of questions. I also had a mental check-list for PS/clinic/my confidence that was potentially going to put me straight in a taxi back to the airport if I decided I was not comfortable with something!
However, I felt fine. Even a 20 minute consultation with Dr Pros was enough to answer my questions on After-Care, Recovery, Silicon vs Saline, handle a sample implant, and run through my Wish Photos and explain what I wanted. Dr Pros listened thoughtfully and then told me what he thought was the best way of achieving a realistic goal.
Five hours later I had paid the balance for the procedure, met the anesthetist, was assigned a very sweet personal nurse, my own room, been thoroughly Pre-Op'd and was on my way to theatre.
After my breast augmentation with anatomical (shaped) implants (Allergan MF 410, 375/375cc) I had a tiny amount of bruising and only felt discomfort rather than pain. Dr Pros gave me a natural look that was not to big for my frame and an age appropriate shape (I'm 52). He told me afterwards that he had tried 400cc's but they didn't look natural. (I had made 400cc 'rice sizers' at home, so 375cc sounded spot on). A natural look was what I wanted without a lift. After having two children and breast feeding I can appreciate I was asking Dr Pros for a lot, but he delivered.
I recommend Prague Beauty and Dr Z Pros.
You stay in a modern studio apartment situated in a good location for a week, and when you are able, you can venture outside to see beautiful Prague.
The 'clinic' route is not for everyone, but if you do your research before hand it is an economical way of achieving your dream, particularly if cost is a factor.

Dr Pros has a relaxed approach to his consultation which may not be to everyone's liking however he put my concerns at rest. Dr Pros comes across as a very honest approachable professional surgeon who I felt answered questions in an sincere way. After having surgery I felt informed and very happy with the results. The lack of pain and only suffering discomfort was a bonus and a credit to Dr Pros's surgery skills.
