Finally did it after years of thinking and researching.
Firstly, I'm about 5'3 ft tall and 53kg.
I found out about PPSI (previously known as PIAC) through another review on here. I loved her results and found many good reviews about the surgeon, Dr Veerawat.
Rather than going through an agency, I booked my consultation directly with PPSI. That way I was able to request my surgeon. The whole team there are so lovely and patient. They responded to my emails very promptly and I felt so incredibly safe about going overseas to get my procedure done.
Once we landed in Phuket, they have a taxi waiting for you to take you to the hotel which was great! All ground travel was sorted so that was once less thing to worry about and pay for.
Getting to the hospital, i knew what I wanted already. Teardrop shape and 300- 375cc range, under the muscle, inframmary incision. The doc was so nice. We looked through many pictures together and he explained everything to me to make sure I knew the pros and cons of each type in relation to my body measurements and desired look.
The surgery happened the same day and I didn't get nervous at all. I just woke up in a lot of pain!! Moving was so sore. They had to shift me from one bed to the other and it was excruciating. Waking up after the surgery was definitely the most painful. You don't realise how much your upper body muscles are actually working when simply moving just the slightest. So stayed the night there and nurses would come if you needed at a press of a button. They would regularly check my temp and blood pressure, feed me water and everything. They were all so nice!
The next day I didn't think I was going to be able to go back to hotel be aide it was still painful. I don't think the morphine worked on me or something. but once I got used to standing up and walking to bathroom etc it was fine. Back at the hotel i showered by myself and did everything normally. I was afraid the 3rd and 4th days would be worse as some have said, but I was up and about. Went to markets etc. The only thing would be standing and walking for too long, you can feel your Breast swell up and sometimes even make you feel a little faint. But sitting down and drinking water helps!
This is my first review on anything so not sure what else to say. If you have questions, just let me know.

Hi there, just wondering how long did the doctor recommend you stay in Thailand for before heading home? Do they do a post op after your discharge? I'll be flying from Vancouver, Canada and am wanting to know how long I should expect to be away for.
Thank you!
Thank you!

Hey, you just need atleast 7 days for a post op appointment. You should make the trip 9-10 days.

They look absolutely perfect

Do you mind me asking what they feel like? I hear teardrop implants are a lot firmer but I like the way they look much better. Do they still feel like boobs?

Hi Stephanie!
They are firmer I must say. If you don't have much tissue to start with then it's best to go with tear drop if you want a better look. It is noticeably firmer in areas where i previously had little to no breast tissue. Mine were placed under the muscle and Ive been told I have pretty strong pecs so when you tense they feel
Hard like muscles would. But when relaxed they feel soft. Not jiggly but squeezable, if that makes sense. For me, choosing teardrop over round and other types had less risks. Such as implants looking too fake, rippling and other implications. But if you already have good shape and some breast tissue like a b cup, then id go with the other kinds. I think saline would feel like most natural but I believe this one has the most risks and doesn't last as long, especially if you're active. Good luck! :)

Absolutely loving my new bewbs

To have started with asymmetrical boobs with very little Breast tissue, i am so stoked with the results. I was afraid it would exaggerate the asymmetricalness but Dr Veerawat placed them so perfectly you can barely notice it.
Yay for having bewbs now! :)
No more padded bras!

Congratulations...you look great! So glad you're sharing your journey. Your surgery experience sound good and you weren't even nervous. How long is your stay in Thailand? Feel free to comment on a forum for members getting BAs in Thailand 2016. Looking forward to your updates!
I don't do reviews either, so i appreciate you doing yours.
I am traveling to Phuket on the 12th of June for my consultation and surgery on the 13th and for a second surgery on the 16th, both procedures are with Dr. Thanakon. Im sure they are all awesome surgeons but I am really nervous. Especially the issues i seem to be having with the conversion exchange rates and im really afraid of waking up in pain, like you did.
I went through an agency but i wish i had just booked directly through the hospital, as you did.
Where did you stay in Phuket and where you up to a little sight seeing or just visiting the markets?
Sue.
We moved to a nicer hotel in Siray Bay which was a bit out of nowhere but it was so nice, the hotel was all we needed. I was out and about the day after pretty much! They have a shuttle bus that takes us to the city area in Phuket town and we went out most days. I didn't do water activities, just saw animals and mostly markets, massages and food. You can feel yourself swell up if you stand and walk for too long time so it's best to take breaks. Sit down to eat and drink water or something. Unfortunately, waking up was most excruciating... I guess it is like the day after a extremely intense chest work out but I found moving myself around near impossible. Everyone is different though.
