After a few years of researching and reviewing...

After a few years of researching and reviewing plastic surgeons, I decided to book my surgery at PIAC now known as PPSI in Phuket Thailand.
Dr Sanguan was my surgeon and has been fantastic. My case was a little difficult as one breast was wider and higher and bigger than the other. This caused my cleavage gap to be uneven and required a small correction by removing some of my tissue.
He was very thorough with marking out my chest and taking measurements, he explained what he can achieve and can't etc. he made me feel very comfortable throughout the consult. He was so friendly and had a couple of laughs with us. Very professional and made me feel confident and relaxed. The consult was in the morning and surgery was the same day! All the paperwork and registration was very efficient and timely. Quite surprising as you wait for hours in Australia.
After taking blood pressure, weight and asking a lot of questions the nurses took me to my room to relax and get ready by dressing in their surgery outfits. (Orange top and skirt thing) not long after I was dressed and had my Iv put in, they were so gentle. They then took me down to the surgery floor where I met the anethatist, he was so nice and explained everything he was going to do and what to expect. Dr jed was his name I think. After about 20 mins talking to him the nurses wheeled me in to surgery room and gave me reassuring smiles and pats on my leg. I was a little nervous but still confident. I saw dr sanguan again and he said he will take good care of me. The anethatist then said he will make me sleep now. I felt the cold stuff in my drip. About 5 secs later I was out.
I woke up in recovery room with nurses around me taking blood pressure and telling me to rest. I kept trying to take off my oxygen mask I guess out of confusion. I was comfortable and happy but groggy. I didnt feel sick or anything. No sore throat or nausea at all. I kind of remember dr Sanguan telling me what I got and how they are very beautiful breasts now.
I was taken back to my room and was carefully shuffled into my bed. More blood pressure tests and injections into my Iv drip. I also had morphine on a button I was instructed to press if I feel pain. The nurses would come and check on me every 2 hours and check bp and my pain levels and make sure I was ok. They were all so nice and helpful and willing to assist in any way. I was very impressed with this whole experience. I didn't really have a lot of pain, mostly hurt when trying to get out of bed. Tight feeling and little achy. The morphine and painkillers I was taking fixed that. I had to take a lot of pills, with every meal the nurses would bring about 4 to 6 pills for me. These were a mix of pain killer, muscle relaxant, anti swelling, anti inflammatory and antibiotics.
The next afternoon Dr sanguan came and took my drains out, it didn't hurt just felt weird. He was very gentle and reassuring. He removed the bandages and checked the stitches and said he was happy with everything. The nurses redressed the inscisions and made sure I was ok.
I stayed for 2 nights and they let me out in the late afternoon. They give you breakfast lunch and dinner which is quite good for hospital food.
I had my first follow up appointment 6 days post op and had the dressings changed. Dr sanguan checked everything and said he sees no sign of infection or hematoma or bleeding thank god. I am still a little swolen and bruised so they will be a bit smaller than now. I am allowed to wear underwire bra as my inscisions are not under the breast.
My antibiotics were finished at 7 days po. I felt like I could stop my pain relief at 8 days post op.
I actually said to my husband that I didn't want to leave hospital lol they are fantastic there! I was treated like a princess and I am so happy I went with dr sanguan, he was so kind and friendly with realistic expectations for my results. He is apparently the senior surgeon, founder and mentor to the other surgeons there.
I booked directly through their website and they were awesome to deal with. Fast and efficient so didnt bother with an agency and saved money this way.
I had my stitches taken out at 9 days post op. I admit this was a little uncomfortable and felt like my nipple was being pinched by the tweezers. The nurse was very apologetic and tried to be as gentle as she could. I am just a baby. I guess I am sensitive after surgery too.
Dr Sanguan was very happy and said my swelling would reduce in a few weeks. He made sure I was clear with my scar treatment and answered all my questions. I had my dressings changed again and given the all clear. I gave Dr Sanguan a big hug and thanked him for everything. We had a little joke that I would be back for more surgeries as I enjoyed myself so much and was so impressed with the hospital.
I am now two weeks post op and have had no issues. I felt little vibrations or buzzing since day 4 po but this has stopped. I get little aches and feel little twinges. I think nerves are reconnecting.
I highly recommend ppsi and Dr Sanguan Kunaporn for breast lift with implants.
Ppsi also took care of all my transfers for my appointments and airport. They are very thorough and easy to communicate with.
