When I got my first BA back in 2004 I was so worried about cc's and the letter D seemed HUGE and was so scared to go too big. After all I had an A cup and wanted a D, which is a very noticeable change. After I told my surgeon what I wanted to be he suggested a low profile 330-375cc implant . All my research suggested an implant in the 500-550cc range. I was freaking out going against his recommendation. When I walked in I was going to ask for 525cc but ended up double guessing myself and chose the 460HPs instead.

At first it was great I had a nice perky D but after 4 to 6 weeks they drop and the swelling goes away you loose that perkiness. While happy to have any boobs at all I secretly regretted not going with the 525cc's. Fast forward to Jan 2016, This time I was not scared and knew exactly what I wanted. I chose 700ultra high profile natrelle implants. They were huge the first 3 or 4 weeks but at 3 months post-op I was measured at 34DD or 34E depending on the bra.

If your looking for a D or DD and from looking at your wish pics I would absolutely consider a larger uhp or hp implant in the 550-650 if your doctor is comfortable going this big for your body type.

I meant do my rice sizers look big? I think they are huge and they are only 440cc.

I have a bit of boob greed at the moment. I want boobs the same size as my sizers, but don't want them to shrink after swelling goes away but then again don't want to go huge incase I look top heavy x

I used to be a D cup so the size D is normal to me. I am and a/b so my ps said now after breastfeeding. I'll ring secretary of ps today and express my concerns. Thank you for replying x

I tried rice sizers on too. The problem with rice sizers is they don't compress well and don't give you a good representation of the final results. A large water balloon would work out better but the balloon must be big enough that you can fill it by pouring water in it not forcing the water in it and stretching it. This will act more like a real implant and give you a better idea. You will lose a 1/2 cup size if you go under the muscle too so

Hope all goes well!! To ensure honest I'm kinda worried about my 440cc. Worrying they will look too big. I'm not too sure on ways to decide on a size. I suppose it's personal preference. My boobs are tiny now and want a good size pair of boobs lol. The only thing I do think want is to wake up and realise they are too small. Just going that much bigger so I won't be too disappointed x
