1st Lymphatic Post Op Massage
Had my 1st massage today with @mobilemassage_diva (instagram lol) and it went great. She has a beautiful office, and uses high quality products.

Hi there, hope you're recovering well. I had Lipo done about 2 weeks ago and I now have some kind of hardening all around my lower abdomen and back. Would you say the lymphatic massage helped? I'm trying to figure out why I'm getting this hardening all around me.

Day 3
Today is going really good, I’m not in pain just sore. Even sat on the porch for a while, and walked to the mailbox. I plan on taking another short walk this evening when the son goes down. I’ve been wearing my lumbar board all day with my garment, and binder wrapped over, and its really helping with posture. I plan on putting my other foams in after I shower later this evening.
