6 weeks post op today!
Today was my 6 week post op check up! Dr Grawe is very pleased with my progress considering I got such large implants. My right implant is still sitting a little high so she went ahead and put me in a breast band to help push it down. Yes, I'm impatient! Lol, to b honest I think it's already helping! Dr Grawe says I'll prolly only have to wear it 2 weeks or less. I also had some of my stitches that had popped up through the skin removed, that was not fun! Very uncomfortable and he stitches looked exactly like thick fishing wire! I did bleed a little but not much. I still have flat spots but she said once they "fluff" that will go away, she said give it another 6 weeks and that should happen. I can't wait !

4 weeks and 1 day post op (@Y(@)
April 25 marks 4 weeks post op! Feeling pretty darn good. Having fewer and fewer muscle spasms, and some sharp pains now and again. Mainly on my right outter breast. I have noticed whatcim guessing are my internal stitches creeping out, I can feel them poking me when I use my scare cream. My scares look good to me minus the stitches. I think they have dropped significantly and perhaps my right on is starting to fluff. It's really hard to tell bc I'm so hard on myself. They look great in sports bra but naked they are still little odd shaped unless I lift my arms up. I hope they soften up and are not so stiff bc there is no way I could wear a regular bar/push up bra what so ever. I am please where they are at 4 weeks with out getting a lift. They still don't move to much but I'm getting some movement . Go for 6 week check up 5/10/16 will update then. Unless I see some changes.
I Hope this helps anyone wanting large implant with a small frame. I've gotten lots of compliments saying the look rather nice, most people thought I was crazy for wanting DD's.

You look amazing! I had skipped the first pictures on accident and couldn't figure out where your incision was!! It healed super nice :)

thanks! yes so far so good! although what I believe to be ( internal stiches) are poking through. I can't feel them unless I touch my incision area but you can def see them!

Hello how are you feeling? Hope ur recovering well. I'm getting my girls done in 2 weeks 750 ccs. I'm wondering if you had any problem sleeping on ur bed.

May 7, 2016
Congrats ! Yes I did actually, I slept on my couch with my upper body elevated up by pillows. Laying flat made me feel like I was being strangled, prolly bc of all the tightness from everything being stretched. This Tuesday is my 6 week post op appointment. I have been able to sleep on my side/back for 3 weeks or more. However, it is still very uncomfortable to lay flat and have my arms above my head. Lots of pulling and tightness, I still can't lay on my stomach or put pressure on my new girls!

Wow! Im glad you are feeling great! I was wondering if it would be ok if i have pillows to elevate my back so I can sleep in my bed. I guess the recliner will be my future best friend

I didn't have a recliner, we had recently bought a sectional with a chase :-/. I tried sleeping in bed with pillows and it was so uncomfortable I was up all night!! So u slept on the couch. I was most comfortable with my head, neck and shoulders elevated up. I will tell u the pain isn't like anything I've ever felt. It really wasn't " pain pain" it was just tightness and pulling. Like after I've had a baby and your breast get engorged!! I couldn't push myself up, push doors open or even pump hand soar for good week and half. Just bc it was so uncomfortable . Id say the worst part was once u start heeling and your nerves start to regenerate. That drove me nuts! Esp the sharp stabbing pains on my sternum!!

Also, don't be alarmed if u gain a bunch of weight after surgery. I gained 15lbs! But lost it all within 2 weeks! I was devastated! I guess it's normal! My friend gained 20!

May 7, 2016
Weight gain? Dang! Well I guess its expected due to tissue repair. Hope its not 20# because I just got back to my pre baby body lol. Thank you for your help! I'm super ready for my surgery with Dr. Roxy I think shes great! Go big or go home, 750ccs will look huge with my 32 B. Lol

Yes they def should! I was 32a or 32b with bra on. I was measured 2 weeks ago and I was 32f which is a 34DDD. Every week I notice changes. They have dropped a lot idk about the fluffing part tho. There still is a "flat" spot. I'm hoping that rounds out when they "fluff" going to ask next Tuesday at my check up! Super excited. Another thing, I wasn't aware that your internal stitches can come to surface and poke through. They rub my sports bra and it's like a sharp quick stab!! I hate it!!! They r going to cute them short. (The look and feel like fishing wire. No way I'll b able to wear regular bras until those are all gone!

Just had my 6 week post op and had those stitches removed. It was def uncomfortable! I didn't like it! I did bleed a little. It really looks like thick fishing wire. I also opted to get Botox.
