Words cannot express my gratitude to Dr. Pousti & his staff for a wonderful experience and excellent job. I had breast augmentation procedure performed on January 6th of 2017. I am currently 7 weeks post op and am absolutely thrilled with the results. I came to Dr. Pousti a mere 34/36 A cup. To understand my situation I will give you a bit of my background. I am a 41 yr old transgender female who has been on hormone replacement therapy for approximately 15 yrs. I am 6 feet tall, 180 lbs. My main purpose for getting augmentation besides becoming more feminine was to have my breasts more fit and compliment my body frame. My breasts though well developed were still too small in size for my frame. When I came to Dr Pousti his staff were so accommodating and nonjudgmental. I never felt as if I were being treated different from the other female clients . They also insured that I saw and spoke with actual post op patients to help me make my decision. I spoke with even some actual transgender clients. I cannot say enough good things about the staff, especially Daisy and Katrina. Everyone there always knows your name and treats you like you are their one and only concern. My surgery went on without a hitch. Recovery was pretty typical of how they & the clients I spoke with had described. After surgery they would call me practically daily to check up on me and ensure I was doing ok and if I had any issues or concerns. Words cannot express how happy I am with my result. I have silicone smooth ultra high profile 700cc's. When I first came in i thought in terms of cup size but Dr Pousti encourages you to think in terms of a look because in the end it's not just the cup size that gives you the results you are looking for. He took me from a mere34/36A to a C/D cup(not too sure of actual size just yet, they recommend you wait at least 3 months to give actual size). It's so gratifying to feel like my size matches my body and thus I feel more congruent. If you are a transgendered female or just any female considering breast augmentation.
