So I was told they'd probably be gone within 6-8 months. 1 year later, and my top lip especially still shows noticeable enlargement (: Not mad at all! I read that the natural chemical in Juvederm can stimulate collagen and cause more permanent results and I believe for me that happened. At least with my top lip which was my main concern. I have room to go bigger in the future if I want, but I love where they are at and hope they continue to stick around.

It was quick and painless. I'm pretty happy with my results though we did discuss going SLIGHTLY bigger next time (to be at my 24 hour after result). Dr. Loyo is so knowledgeable and professional! She's also fun! She makes you enjoy the appointment and you can tell she knows what she is doing.

My only concern at this point is the bottom lip is still a little wavy (not the line) but the lip itself. It is not super noticeable (if you look at the last Pics I posted if you notice it that's what it still looks like if you don't you get what I mean by not super noticeable). She said it will settle out within the next 4 weeks. I trust her and my results look so natural! I'll definitely be back. Her CMA is great too!

So it's like day 5.5 and the bottom lip has these two little bumps. They're hard and where the bruising was most apparent... Making me nervous!! Smh???????????

Dr. Loyo was GREAT! I have always felt meeehhh about my top lip. It had a gorgeous shape, a perfect Cupid's bow, and nice proportions... The top lip was just super small! I started researching products and options on and off for the last year. I did a lot of lip liner drawing on which made me content enough but honestly who has time for that all the time? I saw Dr. Loyo and she was great. I liked the idea of having a real board certified plastic surgeon doing my lips. She was super responsive and friendly! She suggested the Volbella as I didn't want HUGE lips- but from what I saw Volbella didn't appear to make a difference. I went with Ultra Plus. Glad that I did. It was easy to get back in for a follow up too! I am definitely pleased with her work and plan to see her in the future!
