The coolsculpting worked for me. I had a pretty good sized belly and I would say it's about 40% flatter. I have not lost any weight like I had said I was going to do. I just got my eating back on track about 2 weeks ago. Aside from me being lazy and bad eater I still have a flatter stomach than before. I will reassess after my dieting to see if a second treatment is needed.
I wonder if people who don't have good success with cool sculpting have a unskilled tech applying the equipment. Glad I chose Dr RajaniMD and team.

After confiding to a friend that I had a consultation scheduled at Sono Bello for Smart Lipo in a few days, She said " Why?? It's so painful and expensive!" She told me she had Coolsculpt and was seeing great results. She told me a little about it and I went home to learn More.
I found Dr RajaniMD online and learned his clinic was the most experienced in the area. I called and made an appointment for a consultation with Alexa right after my smart lipo consultation. I'm so glad I did!!! Sono Bello was not for me. I felt like my consultation was more like a high pressured experience at a used car lot.
After meeting with Alexa who by the way is like a breath of fresh air. Very pleasant personality. I booked my cool sculpting for the next evening.
I arrived early and she let me in. We discussed my desired results and took my before pictures. When she applied the applicators it's a bit uncomfortable by mellows out in a few minutes. The positioning of your body on the table is a bit awkward because they have 2 machines and do 2 areas at a time. The awkwardness is worth it to cut the time in half for me because I am a fidgety person by nature. I treated my love handles, lower and upper abs. Dr RajaniMD came in and chatted with me a bit during my first application which I found him to be kind and informative.
The message after didn't bother me like some.
That evening I had left my phone on accident and emailed Alexa, she met me the next morning on my lunch break to retrieve it and brought me food. So kind.
I felt fine the day after, by the second day I was feeling nerve pain, and was sore to the touch. I was bloated and nothing fit. I wore leggings a lot the first week.
10 days later I went on vacation. None of my shorts felt comfortable so I wore sundresses most of the time. At about 14 Days my love handles seemed completely gone? Could this be right? They didn't look or feel the same. By the time I got back from my vacation I could see a difference in my lower and upper abs despite gaining 4 lbs on Piña Coladas. : (
Now that I'm back from vacation I'm back to my better eating habits and workouts.
I supplemented with magnesium oil and arnica for the nerve pain and took water pills by Natrol for the bloating. I feel like that helped.
I will keep you up dated when I get further out and my routine is back to normal.
