No regrets! I feel better about my decision every day. I look back at my pics with implants, and I looked ridiculous. I'm so happy with my natural breasts. Thank you to all who have been brave enough to share your stories and pictures. I couldn't have done it without your support! Have a happy, healthy, 2016!

I've had some setbacks with my health (horrible cold, shingles, and now a mystery swollen lymph node) but I'm rocking my fitness and loving my new figure. Thanks to all the ladies for sharing their stories- you helped me find the courage to explant and love my new/ old body. Cheers!

I'm hoping I can get back into my fitness routine once I heal! You look amazing. My implants have dragged me down for years and the extra weight I've packed on has been so depressing. BUT, now the they are out I will be able to move freely again and not be ashamed to wear athletic attire. Stay strong!

oh, you look so good!! Very symmetrical breasts, no tissue adherence. Do you massage your breasts? I do, not religiously, just twice a day, for a minute or so each over the area my ps drew my attention to

Thanks! I massage whenever I can remember- usually in the shower, or when my daughter isn't around to ask what I'm doing!;-) Hope you're well!

Looking good Jane! Glad to hear you are back to your fitness routine. That makes such a difference, yes?! Me too. :) Shingles ... so sorry! I had shingles a few years ago and it was horrible (on my left side, my back and around to the front under my left breast). Coming down with shingles (dormant virus springs to life) means your immune system was low so remember to take it easy and let your body recover from those workouts. :) Good luck with the swollen lymph node. Is it in the area of where the shingles rash was? Hugs!

Your journey is very inspirational! Im interested in keeping updated on your results - you look very natural and I am on the fence about explantation but your story is very encouraging and supportive of taking them out - I hope you consider keeping updates of your progress - you are a beautiful soul inside and out!

I'm supposed to be doing it and I do , my ps told me about it last week. I'm not sure how often a day and how long for.
My tissues seem to adhere and need loosening :-/

I haven't been on this site in a long while, and just caught up with your updates. Is your pain better? I don't feel comfortable still in anything but a sports type bra either. A real bra feels weird.

Hi JF. The sharp stabbing pains have diminished considerably. :) I'm still sore but I'm able to do yoga now which I'm thrilled about. My back was killing me from the twisted position I've been sleeping in (still can't sleep true on my sides) and the yoga helps tremendously. I can't imagine ever wearing a regular bra with a cup, even after my incisions heal. I think it would ride up and I'd have to keep pulling it down. No thanks! Sports bras and the stretchy kind with the soft round inserts are what I wear now. Hoping for more visits from the fluff fairy for you! Happy healing and keep us posted. Hugs!

Your looking good. It gives me some hope for when I have my explant in January. I hope I don't end up with flapjacks, but I'm trying to mentally prepare myself just in case that happens. I still don't want implants any more that I know for sure!

My boobs are far from perfect, but the sense of relief and freedom I feel from having them out is amazing! It sounds like you're ready too! Best of luck!

Your results look absolutely fantastic ! I'm happy to hear the fluff fairy came to visit .. And that you are happy with your results ! I feel so much better myself . It's crazy what we get used to having implants in , I am over the moon that mine are gone ! I can't believe I ever did that to myself in the first place. I'm very pleased to know that you're loving running and working out again, enjoying your life!

Yay indeed....All of us :) You look great, 3 months down the track...I can't wait !!! it's 10 days and feeling like I want to give the right one a good talking too to get it's act together !!! I am into fitness too and to not be able to walk daily 4 weeks wait .... do my exercises 6 weeks.... and yoga 12 weeks !!! well I feel fat and sluggish. I am active and am finding it very hard to rest and be still, but by the same token I get tired easy ,what's that all about ! Must be from the anaesthetic :(
Janefitness, does the massage help ?My doc hasn't said to do that yet...maybe too early yet ? My right one has probs anyway I will see what he says on Monday...
Stay well :)
