Itching

My breast are extremely itchy. Thy have been for several days. It comes and goes sporadically. My feeling is that it's because of the nerves healing.. as I notice I itch most on the bottom 1/2 of my breasts which is where I still feel numbness. I'm going to phone my surgeon tomorrow and ask about it. The itching is horrible when it starts up!

Post Op- finally!

I hadn't post op appointment today-- 12 days after my BA. He said I looked good, I'm healing well etc. he said to leave tape on my incisions until it falls off or for 6 weeks (or was it 4?)
He said my bruising will go away but because my skin is thin it shows more.
I asked him about my sore nipples. He said it can be from a stretched nerve and may last several months. I'm okay with that as I was worried I'd have no sensation at all.
He told me I can wear whatever bra is comfortable. I can begin easing into working out my biceps, triceps and legs and gently stretch my pecs. I can use a stationary bike and walk etc. yay!! I'm feeling squishy already.
I will be back to see him in 6 weeks.
Oh! Ive been sleeping on my side for several days! It feels great!
As of today I will say it was worth it! Dr. DeMars is a fantastic surgeon with a wonderful staff.
I'll continue To update through 8- 12 weeks PO.

I think I'm in love. Lol. It's amazing how things change in only 12 days.
For the most part I am pain free. I get little twinges and I'm sore to the touch at the outer edges of the implants as well as along my serratus anterior.
Beginning at one week PO my nipples have become seriously sore! It reminds me of when I first nursed my children. I assume it's from continuously wearing a bra.
My pecs, even though they were not cut are very tight. My guess it's from keeping my and close to be the last week or so.
