28 Y/o, 5'6", 125lbs, 32A, Mother of Three, Finally Getting my Dream Boobs!

Thought I'd add an update!!! I am 1 month post op and healing great! I was on hard pain meds for just a few days and then was on Tylenol for two weeks. I felt like I had done a really intense workout and had a really hard time lifting myself out of bed and opening containers for her first few weeks but now I hardly have any pain. I have been cleared to sleep on my side but sometimes my left side is tender. My left was my smaller side and he opened up that pocket to help my implant settle into the pocket. I'm positive that's why it has been giving me a hard time. I actually feel like there is a dent on the inside cleavage he n my left....... I'm REALLY hoping that as time goes on it will drop and fluff like my right side.
All in all I am happy! Boob greed is a real thing. There are days I CANNOT come on here and look at pictures. Patience is key and I'm still only one month out.... I keep telling myself that I need a full 6months before I can really judge them.... before my BA I thought I just wanted a small D and now I wish I had told my PS I wanted to be a DD. Which sounds completely crazy sometimes lol

Surgery went great! Dr. Vaughan was awesome he listened to my concerns about size and said going the extra 25cc was no big deal! I'm really glad and don't know why I lost so much sleep over it! At some point during the day I worried I should have really pushed for 400ccHP but I think 375 will be great.

I arrived at the office at 10:30 and once I was out back in the room everything went so fast I feel! I didn't have too much time to worry. The nurse got my IV in my hand but it didn't drip the way she wanted to after moving it around and trying to readjust it she decided to take it out and put it in my arm. That was honestly the worst part. After that Dr Vaughan came in talked for a few BARLEY marked me which was surprising but nice because I don't have tons of markings all over my body. Then the OR nurse, who happens to be my friend, whisked me to the OR and we started chatting about kids and next thing I know I was waking up! The nurse said I hastily unzipped my bra and was said loudly "I have BOOB!!" (You can't take me anywhere haha) the nurse came in and went over pain med and antibiotic schedule and then we were out of there! Even though she said light food the husband bought me a cheeseburger and shake.

I've been home resting for a few hours keeping up on my meds and water intake. I'm thankful that I feel so good and I'm crossing my fingers that it keeps going this way!

To day is the day ladies! I am so beyond excited I can barley contain myself (I had to vacumm and do dishes to keep myself from going crazy!) I have to be at the office at 10:30 but my surgery is anywhere between 11:30-12:30. So far my nerves are fine, my biggest anxiety I am having is size! I mentioned before I went to my consult and he said he wouldn't go over 350ccHP but I didn't ask him his reasoning behind it. I had to reschedule my PreOp appointment due to the GI bug that was going around and when I finally went he wasn't in the office. I talked with the nurse and she ordered 375ccHP just incase! I'm going to see what he says... regardless of the 25cc I am officially resigning as President of the IttyBittyTitty Committee ???????? I can't wait to be on the other side!!!
