One week post op left breast revision

WORTH IT$14,000
I saw my doc this week. We went over a few concerns I had. During the week, I would lie down for a nap and when getting up, I would hear this gushing sound from my left breast. This freaked me out! It sounded like when u drink water from a water bottle. The air bubbles make a sound... that's the sound. That's never happened to me so it was definitely a concern. My surgeon told me that was normal. It's air bubbles in the breast during healing and that it will go away. I also told him that my left breast now look lower and bigger than my right. He assured me the the implants are leveled at the top and that the difference in size is really more of the swelling than anything else. The swelling should resolve in about another month or so. I also still have swelling in the belly and am retaining a lot of waster still. I don't have to wear the strap anymore, but must continue to wear the bra for a few more weeks. I can also return to lower body exercises. As, u can see from the pics, I have a blister filled with blood in the left breast. My surgeon told me this is from irritation from the surgical tape that was there. This should go away soon too.

How have things been? I sincerely hope the third time was the charm! You look great.
Thank you. It’s been great! I will say that my right breast feels more natural than the left, but I have been able to do all of the things I was able to do before... like workout. I am very happy with my results and feel so much more confident than before the surgery.

Guess What? Another capsular contracture!

... this time in my left breast! Ugh!!!! This is now the third surgery for this procedure. First time was my BA, then a revision to the right breast and now a revision to the left breast. I have to admit, my breasts always looked higher than they should and I still think my right breast somewhat does look a little high, in my opinion (at least now after that left breast revision). Anyway, my left breast started feeling tight and hard. When I would lay down (on my back or tummy), it was pretty uncomfortable. I could live with it if I had to, but uncomfortable. I never had pain, just discomfort. I finally went back to my surgeon and he confirmed that it was a CC. I scheduled a revision surgery and today it is Day 2 post op revision to the left breast. Recovery is going well! This time I only needed meds at night time for the last 2 nights. I'm not sure if this time the scar tissue was more or worse than my right breast because I actually needed meds for 2 nights. I have a post op visit in a few days. I will be posting pics and another update then.
