You will do great. I was so nervous but once it was over I finally became excited :). Every day I love looking at myself in the mirror and seeing it look better and better. I'm only two weeks post op and it's very slow moving but it does get better every day !! Good luck !!!

Hi, get excited, it will be the best thing you ever did in your life (family excepted). It is worth it and ask us if we would do it again, 'in a heartbeat'. Making the decision is the hardest part, so now just trust your professionals and relax and get stress free. Go for it with enthusiasm.

You are going to have an amazing life-changing result! you'll be so happy. Don't be surprised by any feelings of doubt or guilt that you have pre-op- we all go through it, some even have a twinge of remorse after (just because of the pain/long recovery) . The best thing you can do (besides expect and deal with those feelings) is get yourself in good shape. Nothing major, just build your endurance as much as possible before- walking is great. and having your quads strong DEFINITELY helps when it comes to getting up and down (toilet). You wwill find a wealth of information and support here.. Welcome to RS!!!!

Hi, been there, done that. Guess what, I'd do it again in a blink. Get excited, your Professionals know what you expect, so trust them to do their best for you. Look forward to your big day with confidence and enthusiasm, it does help. It is not as bad as you are imagining at the moment, and by your photos, you should have a great result. If they can make me look good, then anything is possible (see my review). It will be life changing for you, so be prepared mentally to accept the 'new you' and learn to love life again. Stay positive, I am waiting to hear from you.

Thank wow what a transformation!! I'm shocked. U look great. My tummy tuck is the day after tomorrow. It's weird all a sudden I'm not nervous or excited. It doesn't even feel real like this isn't happening. It's nice not being scared but I wanna be excited. I've wanted this for 8 years I wanna be stoked. Maybe im in shock. But I'm ready for a new body that's for sure! I don't even remember how it feels to have a normal tummy anymore. I had children early so I've never been able to appreciate my body as an adult.

Yesterday morning I had ny abdomanalplasty done. When I woke up I wasnt in pain at all just groggy. They had to give ne more pain meds when they moved mw to a recliner. I was at a day surgery facility so I came home the same day. When I got home I was in and . Out of sleep. Once the meds they gave me wore off I started to hurt alot! Burning aching walking like an hunch back. Its getting more and more painful as time goes bywould. I had a full tummy tuck and muscle repair and lipo done. Im very swollen havent see my tummy yet but I can already see the skin aperan is gone! The doc took of five pounds of skin. I was in surgery for 3 hours and a few mins. Cant wait to see my tummy on the 19th!!!

Hi CeCe, wow, I couldn't have made and posted a video less than an hour after surgery. You look so well with a good colour, so well done. Get plenty of rest now and only move about when you have to and give your body time to recover from its major trauma. You are going to be so pleased when you finally see yourself with so many surprises to come. follow Doctors orders and you will be fine. I am so relieved you are OK.

Hi, yes it will, probably until day3 then things start to settle down. the sooner you are comfortable with reducing the 'heavy meds' the better you will feel. Hang in there and stay positive.

Hi, go with the flow, the first week is a blur anyway. Just remember that recovery is a marathon and not a sprint. Give your body time, it is worth it.
