I am having my procedure done this afternoon and will update after and as I heal.
CoolSculpting is exactly what I have been waiting for. I was overweight for most of my childhood, but started working out and losing weight as I entered my early teens. My weight fluctuated as I struggled to find a balance that worked for me, but I have been constant at 125-130lbs for the last 6 years of my life. I am fit and workout 3-4 times a week with cardio and weights. I do not drink alcohol on a regular basis, and I do not consume added sugar when I can help it. Overall, I am very happy with the way I look, but I have this stubborn section of stomach fat that does not respond to diet or exercise. It always seemed silly to me to even consider liposuction for such a small area of fat, so I am so pleased that this is an option now. I have read all the reviews and am prepared for the post healing process, but fingers crossed this works out well for me!

CoolSculpting was easier than expected...

DAY 1
3:10pm When the machine sucked my fat up it didn't take my breath away but it did feel uncomfortable. My technician was amazing and readjusted the suction once to make sure I was as comfortable as possible before she even started the cooling process. She wound up applying the applicator while I was standing, rather than laying down, because this allowed her to place the applicator more accurately on my lower abdomen. When the cooling began I started to feel a burning/stinging sensation along with some mild nausea but this quickly passed and I was actually quite comfortable! There wasn't anything horrible about this part of the experience. I watched some Netflix and waited for the time to pass.
4:10pm When she pulled the applicator off at the end I laughed at my literal brick of fat, it seemed like an entity of its own that shouldn't have been attached to my body. I was totally numb during the whole massage portion of my treatment, so that was really awesome because it was the part I was dreading the most after reading other reviews. I didn't feel a thing! Now I am heading home to rest with my frozen tummy.
7:50pm same day as treatment. Lower abdomen is still a little numb, but I just got back from a 30 minute 5km run. I know this experience may not be typical for everyone but I am feeling pretty great about this whole experience so far. No bruising yet, I am a little swollen but its not very noticeable.
10:42pm laying in bed, about to go to sleep. Just feeling a chill throughout my body right now, sort of like a fever, but I'm not too worried about it.

I think you are probably the perfect candidate for CS. I was also battling that lower ab flab, but I'm a lot older than you, and I was left with sagging skin which was devastating, I doubt you'll
Experience that because at your age, your body is still producing so much collagen and you've got plenty of elasticity,
Your week 3 pictures look very good. I can tell you that my results happened almost overnight at week 4.
You look great. Congratulations: )

DAY 2
6:30am my tummy is a bit more sensitive to touch this morning, but nothing horrible.
11:25am I may be crazy, but I feel like I am going to the bathroom a lot more than normal today. I'm not drinking or eating anything more than I normally do...bloating and pain is the same, about a 2/10

Do you feel comfortable saying anything about the cost? I'm kinda in a similar boat to you (and area) and I'm curious about how effective it will be for you

The cost is always something to consider. For me it was a bit higher than I was expecting, but my mom helped me cover part of the cost. It's only been 3 days so I haven't seen any changes yet but I will keep updating. Personally as I am younger and pretty athletic I didn't want to get a procedure that would be super invasive and leave me with scars (like liposuction), and it seems like a lot of people have great results with this treatment.
