Oral Harmony exceeded my expectations. Their level of care, passion, professionalism, and exceptional dentistry work—it’s truly unmatched. It’s always been a dream of mine to invest in a new smile, so I did hours of research, spoke to several doctors, and I finally came across Dr. Sebastian. We connected through an app called WhatsApp and from there the journey began. Right away, after the first consultation video chat, I knew I found the right place. Dr. Sebastian understands the reservations/concerns some of his patients might have who live in the States, so he provides quality service by including accommodations and transportation (Fernado their personal driver is the best) in your package— each package is super affordable. A WIN/WIN! You can’t beat it! I loved that Dr. Sebastian and a few of his staff spoke English (this made life so much easier haha). This was very important to me. I’m huge on communication and their customer service did not disappoint. Every question I needed answered, they were able to provide direct answers or got back to me (via cell or email) in a timely manner. Just nonstop communication throughout. You definitely won’t have to worry about anything because Dr. Sebastian, Dr. Sandra, and the rest of their amazing/friendly staff team will take care of you. You will see right away their goal is to make you happy. Throughout my dental treatment I truly saw that. I respect, love, and appreciate Oral Harmony for going over and beyond, giving me my dream smile, restoring/boosting my confidence, and making me feel a part of the Oral Harmony Family. I’m in love with my new smile and from ALL the compliments I receive, so does my family and friends as well!
