I am a 56 year old woman. I have had 3 C-sections. One C-section was a cut from belly button to pubic area, the other two were bikini cut. I have always exercised on a regular basis and I try to eat healthy. My weight is not a problem, I weigh 138 lbs. The problem is the scar tissue, the stretched out skin and stomach muscle. My youngest child is 18. I feel that it is my turn now. I have been thinking about this for 15 years. I finally made the decision at 56 and wish I had made it earlier. The 15 inch incision was my issue, trading one set of scars for another long scar kept me away from the procedure until now. The benefit outweighs the negative. I am looking forward to wearing a bikini and having the excess skin and scars removed.

7 days post op - drains out and getting better daily
I have been concentrating on the healing process and have not really been focusing on the results as it seems it takes weeks for full effect. I am loving that my belly is cleaned up and flat with all the lumps and bumps gone. I think me and my new belly button are going to get along just fine, its pretty! And I am impressed that the incision looks to be very clean.
