I have the utmost confidence in Dr. Polo and know that he will do the right thing for his patients at all times. He followed me post-double mastectomy nearly every week - making sure I was healing, ordering physical therapy, and moving along the tissue expander process. He always showed concern for my well-being and answered all my questions. His manner is professional and he is very calm and approachable. I never dreaded going to the office as I was always treated very warmly by him and the staff. I had my reconstruction about 6 months after the tissue expanders were placed due to having to undergo chemotherapy. I have healed nicely and and am back to my pre-surgical routines. I am very pleased that I have no pain, I have full range of motion so I can play golf again, and I look like myself before surgery in clothing.
