My surgeon could only do basic changes to the nose he is not specialised in ethnic rhinoplasty . I suffered because of that.

Bev, perhaps spend one day at a time - not looking at your nose. get some separation from the whole ordeal. continue to take Ibuprofen for swelling. drink lots of fluids, rest. Stay away from mirrors, and from discussions of noses! You may need a break from all of this to gain some perspective. Reevaluate after the new year :) At least for me, when i focus on the problem, it gets larger. When I focus on the solution, thank God it gets larger too! You are Gorgeous!

its not unfounded, now 2016 and myself and others have been through the same type of situations and been met with the same reactions. Are you a psychologist? do you have any medical background in what you are making a grand statement about? why on earth would you try and make this woman feel even worse than she already does, shame on you.

Ok guys I went to see a surgeon today about my nose as its been a year since I had my Rhinoplasty he agrees with what im saying .He said my bridge is too low and tip still looks bulbous also the braething problems are because of my septum .He said the distance between my nose and top lip is too big and my face is flat because my bridge was taken down too far .He did say fillers would help so thats what im gunna do see how it goes :)
The doctor didnt reply to any of my emails or phone calls which was over 60 .I asked him what he was gunna di to my nose and he said bring my nostrils in a bit and slim tip down , he said my nose bridge was fine .I have ended up with a sloped nose bridge and yes my nostrils are narrower but my tip has not changed at all its just looks more turned up .The doctor in my opinion is unproffesional and cannot do ethnic rhinoplasty as he said he could .I am not the only person to be deleted from there facebook site because we dont like the end result thats just plain wrong.

The swelling in the tip can make it look like the bridge is sloped but this is really because the swelling makes the tip higher
im wondering tho if at 9 mos postop that could still be true?
All docs only put their good results out there.....horrifically false advertising

If u want a bump removed hes fine othee than that stay away .One girl had her boobs done and when asked she said u get what u pay for and they removed her straight away :0
Right? Be honest and show what could go wrong... no chance I am in my surgeon's before and afters. The camera never came out again after the first followup.

I will be trying dermal fillers to change my nose lets hope it works :).

As everyone else here I think your nose is fine. It compliments your other beautiful features. I am not sure which photos are b4 and which are after.
Hm; even with the blurry quality your new nose looks gorgeous to me. But I know how you feel- I just had my cast removed and I'm a little freaked out... I really do believe your nose looks suitable to your face and looks to be a vast improvement from your "before." It doen't look too short at ALL! I'm sorry to hear about your sadness and depression though. I hope it's a consolation that I think your "after" is absolutely stunning.
