Having seen many reviews on here for Rhinoplasty...

Having seen many reviews on here for Rhinoplasty with Adam Kalecinski, I haven't actually seen any reviews from Males. ( I may have missed them ) so I'm going to be counting down until my surgery dare which is the 2nd of October 2015.

Sorry I shouldve worded it better, I couldn't find any male rhinoplasty patient reviews on here that have had it done with Adam Kalecinski and I picked my surgeon (Adam Kalecinski) based on his credentials and the fact that he is registered with the General medical council in the UK, I was able to check his GMC number against a register here and it checks out.
I've read tons of great reviews about him and of course the price is excellent. So that's how I chose :D

Please don't think I'm being rude saying this. You are a good looking guy, I don't think you need to do anything at all to your nose or your whole face. I'm only going to say the following if I was studying your face not from the front view as it's fine but from the profile, side view it's not your nose it's your chin, a chin implant would balance your nose and side profile. I agree with Danni, you have a good nose, a chin implant would be a good option to consider - I wish I had your nose!

Thank you for your kind words, however I've put on about a stone recently so my jaw isn't defined at all.
When I lose weight my jaw becomes quite defined.
I edited a photo of myself (when i was thinner) and changed my nose so it was straight, my jaw and chin completely matched. If you want me to send you the edited photo feel free to inbox me and ill email it to you.
Thank you for your advice, however I guess the camera angles aren't close enough because there is a very distinct dorsal hump in my nose.

I completely agree too, I think your nose is the type of nose men who have rhinoplasty want to achieve. Your nose is great as it is. From experience rhinoplasty is a risky business with too many variables and risks and if you have a good nose already it's not worth the risk of something going wrong and ending up on the revision treadmill. I hope you don't go through with it but if you do best of luck.

I've never seen a rhinoplasty patient come out with a nose like mine, bent aha.
I just want it straight is all, it's not gonna be a massive job as my nose isnt that big.
also my breathing isn't very good also, so hopefully the rhinoplasty will clear that up too.

Did you consider going to an ENT or rhinoplasty surgergoen? I guess you have made your mind up now and sent your deposit via the rep? I really do hope you are happy with the end results and wish you luck. xx

Two photos added.
Two photos have been added - one is a close-up of my nose and the second is a PHOTOSHOPPED photo of the side of my nose to show that with my nose edited the chin/jaw in aligned correctly.

Hey man. Good to see some more males on this site.. I'm going to be honest and say you don't need a rhinoplasty. I think your nose is fine as it is. In fact i would love your nose. You could benefit from a chin implant but i really think you should reconsider not doing the rhinoplasty.

Thanks man but the black and white photo is a simulation, not actual results or current.
However, Im going to go ahead with the rhinoplasty as it will benefit my profile.
If I decide afterward that I want a chin implant I can always get one :D thanks though.

Someone on the photos it looks better than it is, my family and friends understand why I want it.
My nose isn't massively humped, I guess I'm just a perfectionist haha.
