You look amazing! They are already dropping nicely. Was u asked to wear a surgical bra? Iv seen some women on here say they had to wear one for 6 weeks. I went over the muscle and was told to avoid bras for first 6 weeks.
I was told to wear a front opening bra. I had a macom one on the the first week. I was told to avoid underwired bras for 6 weeks so gave stuck with sports bras, crop tops and nursing bras.
Can i ask you what the cost was please..boobs looks great

Are you happy with your decission? My doc recommend over the muscle as well, I must admit I'm a bit scared since all reviews I have seen are over the muscle.
I was given over the muscle. Recovery has been much easier than I have read-maybe because the muscle wasnt cut into. you can check out my profile to see my pics. i am only about a week post but so far they are higher and bigger and tighter than I am liking. not sure if under muscle would have made then smaller than they are-but I think it depends on how much breast tissue you have and elasticity you have in the tissue to cover implants. i might be wrong.

I have a ton of bottom fullness and not so much on top. He recommend over the muscle since it'll give me the fullness on top as well as being more natural. I'm a small 34 b right now, wanting to be a full c. He recommend 375cc. I'm 5'3 and 125lbs. I'm also scared of being too top heavy, with that being said I'm looking into a 300cc which he's saying will be too small:/. What size were you before and what size did you end up with? You boobs look great for being a week post, also very natural looking!!
I'm very happy with the decision. My recovery was much easier than I expected!
