Plication Neck Lift with Trimmmed Glands, Lower Face Lift

I am 6 months post up from a plication neck lift with glands trimming and lower face lift and I look absolutely horrendous!! Excessively worse than before surgery and now need a very expensive revision that Dr Karim Kassam refuse to do, stating he has done his best, just look at photos below!!! I looked nothing like this before surgery… and had been advised by Dr Kassam this surgery for a Mylohyoid hernia issue that I had and that’s what I went to him for. Not only did he not repair my hernia but his experiment on me like a lab rat totally failed and I am left with severe physiological problems at the way I look and feel now. Dr Karim Kassam agreed to pay me back for what I paid him but not what he made me pay the hospital so not only did I not receive a full refund but my revision surgery will now cost twice the price of original surgery as it’s so complex the state he left me in, he abandoned his care and he is ruthless and does not like to accept any fault or failure on his behalf!!! I came to him with a diagnosed medical issue and he detroyed my face and I am now left deformed. I can’t even look at myself in the mirror no more and do not have further funds to get a revision so this is me permanently now. I am contemplating life!
