Mommy Makeover After Massive WEIGHTLOSS - Mexico

I am 30 years old, 5"11 and had the gastric sleeve in 2011. I was 270 pounds and ultimately lost 100 pounds. I was very happy and to my surprise got pregnant with my second child shortly after. After the birth I decided I was ready to remove my excess skin and fix my boobs. My body was atrocious and I was ready!!! I came across the fb page of Dr Juan Cervantes and although I was leary bc it was in Tijuana, I sent in pics and got a quote. After that a friend of mine and I decided to book surgery. I was booked for circular tummy tuck, breast lift revision with implant and lipo. Leading up to surgery my iron levels were low and after talking one on one with Dr Cervantes personally we decided to wait on the lipo for health reasons due to my low hemoglobin. I packed my bags, bought my vitamins, booked my flight and before I knew it, it was my turn. I arrived in San Diego a few days before surgery, crossed the border with the driver Emilio, and was booked in at hotel Lucerna which is a beautiful five star hotel in tj. I then met with Dr Cervantes and Dr Aragon and was instantly blown away. My consult, although scary was super informative and very precise on my wishes and realistic expectations. Surgery was the next day.... I was checked in and waited for my turn. Surgery was at Hospital Angeles which is super clean. There was a language barrier but the Dr and anesthesiologist spoke perfect English I was put at ease and rolled into surgery. My surgery lasted I think 6 hours.. When I woke up I was super nauseous... But also in shock bc I looked so small. Dr Cervantes came and checked on me and informed me he Removed 14 pounds of skin... No lipo, and 465 cc gummy bear implant with lift. I also had a little bit of fat injected in my lips..... Healing was OK.... It was rough in the beginning. Luckily I took off 4 weeks from work to rest.... I'm 9weeks now and I'm feeling 100% back to normal. I'm going back to Tj in November for full body lipo & bbl and I'm super stoked!!!!
