Pectus Excavatum Implant - is This Swelling ?

I got a Pectus Excavatum Implant 2 months ago. The implant was quite large to cover the funnel chest (see picture with marking on the chest).

The surgery went well despite having a lot of seroma that needed to be drained manually after the drain removal and I was quite pleased with the results originally.

During that draining process, I noticed the bulk of the seroma seemed to accumulate more on the bottom left-end side. Now, even tough I don't have any seroma accumulation anymore, I feel it is somewhat swelled still on the left side (see pictures), while the result on right side is definitely looking better. Typical of Pectus-Excavatum, I have rib flare but it is as if the rib flare on my left side looks more apparent now because of that apparent swelling or bump

Also when I take out my garment (which I still wear), or when I wake up in the morning or after lying down for a while, it looks somewhat better, but after a normal day without the garment... that ''heaviness'' towards the bottom left-end side of the implant reappears.

My question: I read that is some procedure like tummy-tuck swelling can go on for several months even as long as one year. Can this be the case here ? Can I expect better results for my left side going forward or this is as good as it gets ? Is the garment still relevant at this stage and should I continue wearing it ?

Thank you very much for your help
