This surgery is something for many years I thought about doing. However, it took about 7 years to finally make the decision to go through with it. This entire time I have dieting (eating healthy) and worked out for 5 of 7 days of the week always. I work out hard too. I run 3/4 miles and do weight lifting. Despite all my work i just seemed to maintain my shape. I never could get rid of my belly and my fatty fat arms. So on March 25, 2014 I went ahead and had a full abdominoplasty, liposuction to the hips and arms.

March 26th --- pain limited kind of drugged up on pain pills slept a lot.

March 27th --- this had to be the worst day. I wasn't really in pain but my back was hurting A lot! Definitely the most down day for me. All the numbness on my body made me feel weird. My arms were black and blue and it almost made me sick to look at them when I removed the garments. I felt naked without my binder and compression garment.

Today is day 11. I am starting to feel a lot better! Dr gave me an excellent checkup yesterday and told me that I could start doing what I could. He wants me to listen to my body and not overdo it but things are definitely feeling much better than day 2! That had to be my worst day!
