The surgical program (Chief Resident Surgeon in 6 year rotation) I believe have the newest and cutting edge technology newest to the field. Dr Taub is the attending Chief Surgeon... The price of $200 is for consultation with both Surgeons at Mt Sinai clinic. The cost includes Both Surgeons, OR, Anesthesia, recovery and 2 preop pots...all included for $3815.
Would wait to do glyco peel around eyes, while having above done. In my case couldn’t see through swelling for 3+ days, but will definitely look better when completely healed. Only 6 days post op...retired as a scrub nurse...I know the best when I meet them.

In July, the new residents are dr vince chavonon(sp?)and dr christina paskic, (sp??) Idk wh will be in July.

I know from my consult with Dr Hernandez that he consults with his “boss and colleagues” and I could go back in Jan. But I didn’t want to wait. Yeah, Even without Dr Taub in the room, Dr Taub would have had to agree/approve before going forward. If you have any questions about what maybe dermatology could do...just pm me and I’ll ask for ya

Thanks!! I didn't realize Mt. Sinai had a dermatology building. I thought the plastic surgeons did that. Dr. Hernandez put a chemical peel around my mouth but it didn't do anything. He mentioned to me that they were going to get laser resurfacing equipment sometime soon. He said that back in July.

Hopefully I’ll be done by then. I have horrible pursing/wrinkling from years (long ago) from smoking and had gotten a horrible sunburn while pregnant and have a lot of sun damage on my chest/hands. Hope for good news next Friday.

I assume u already have a consult w/him and he,gave u his,email & u emailed him. When they leave 4 3 months they r @ another hospital and sx dates arent given till they get back to Mt Sinai.
I saw dr H in sept, no sx date, after he came back in Jan , l had consult appt again 1/2 and got sx date 2/8. So follow up @ end of March, when he come back April.

oh wow. i hope i dont have to go back for another consult... i live in Arizona....ill keep trying and see if he contacts me.he did email me once and said he would get back in december, but that was it. thanks for the info though at least that helps.

Stitches coming out tomorrow...Dr Facque mtg me earlier (whenever I get there) 11 am maybe? Train down but couldn’t get one back before 9 pm ...x-mad and all. Someone probably think “girl, gather that hair!”

Dr Facque did say the fat in my face would reabsorb, so the swelling wIll go down. He said the rest of the swelling will get better with everyday. I’ll be glad when the rest of the stitches come out themselves. Very swollen, tired, sore and not feeling very festive. People can be very cruel while your recovering.

It’s only been just over two weeks, but doing well. My brow lift recovery is harder than I thought it would be. It feels like a tight cap on top of my head, doesn’t hurt, just tingles. The anchors on both sides of my forehead on each side hurts. Neck’s still tight, which I have to remember was the point

I had a brow lift with Dr. Hernandez. It is a weird feeling and my scalp felt numb for 5 months. I will be coming up on my 6 mth, Jan. 27th. I can feel two little bumps above my right temple near the forehead. They are still dissolving. He said he did a brow lift with endotines.

He put it in the cheek area. He didn’t want to do eyebrow lift...did it with Dr Facque and love it.

Yes, i asked to lift too, but he wont. Any way bo ked w him for chin implant removal and skin tightening lower half.
