I completely regret it

Plasma pen one month after
$1,360
A month has passed and I am now out of the ‘traumatic’ healing process; I have been for the last 2 weeks actually. The dark marks have faded but without make up they are still visible. Skin looks a little bit more firm but way way far from the photos you see on Internet. I would say that to achieve a visible result I would need to do the procedure at least another 3 times which is completely out of the question! Considering downtime (2 weeks completely off social and work!!!) and cost it is much better to do a surgery. Another issue is if you are a sun lover forget about going under the sun for at least 2 months. If I had to be in the sun I would have to cover my skin with layers of thick white cream! I didn’t have the same sensation when I had the CO2 laser where the skin repairs much faster. For the scars it seems I don’t have any but I might have to do some RF sessions or another CO2 to get rid of dots and dark shaded skin which I didn’t have before. Still not worth it for me!

I think your skin looks better on the last pics
I feel the same I have had my eyes done for the second time waited the 6 weeks for them to heal and went for it again thought while I've got this time off am now on day 5 and I really don't see any difference and I will not be having this treatment again I just hope it's true what they say that over time it gets better for all the pain n looking like this it's not worth the money
Hi there. Now that it has been a couple of years, could you tell us if you still felt like this procedure did not improve your skin? Thanks.

Hi, the downtime to this procedure should of been explained to you before the treatment was done. You are not giving it enough time to settle and the things you are doing with panic will effect the outcome. Do not use cream on the dots, the scabs need to dry and fall off . The tightening of the skin can take up to 3 months to work. Your skin needs to go through the healing process before you will see any difference. Of course you will look worse at the start but as the skin heals you will see the difference. Calm down and be patient. I have had this done 4 times and the outcome was amazing each time. The downtime is annoying and not nice but believe me it is worth it.
I agree that you have not even healed yet so your review is absolutely premature. I had it done on my neck a week and a half ago and day 1 I wasn't thrilled but as the inflammation subsided I realized how nice its looking. Hopefully you will love your outcome but it's way too soon to be reviewing the procedure. Good luck.
I still have hyperpigmentation and hypersensitivity on my skin after 8 months. I regret t as well. Stat away from Plasma pen LW international.
Hi, what do you mean by hypersensitivity? Wha does that feel like? Thank you
My skin has been burned by plasma pen LWI device. It feels sensitive, itchy and Feels very uncomfortable on the treated area. When you watch the plasma penLWI videos you see that they burn the skin and skin shrinks immediately. In fact when you burn ANYTHING it shrinks. Try a piece of plastic or paper or anything. The first reaction is shrinking when you burn something. So the skin get burned. If you notice you don’t see videos or images 8 or 6 months after the plasma pen LWI treatment. As most of the people will be left with hyperpigmentation and discomfort on the treated area. And most of aesthetics they blocked and ignore the clients. Or they say its your fault. You didn’t follow the after care. Which is NOT true. I have been receiving threatening calls from Louise Walsh International plasma pen group just because I am disclosing the truth about this device. They don’t want the truth to be told.
Thank you. Sorry that happened. Can you get ipl or pigmentation?
I'm so glad I read this comment. Thank God for Realself, and people wanting to be honest.

Plasma Pen day 11
Pigmentation and scars very visible even with make up. I went to see the doctor who said he cannot tell if the scars will remain (right now it looks like I had acne!)... and he gave me a cream for pigmentation to use for a month. I cannot believe I have completely spoiled my face with this procedure! Now I have to spend a fortune to fix it! I warn anyone to think twice before doing this procedure, I thought my skin would react well as I have done CO2 before with good results but this is too unpredictable. No wonder why it has been forbidden in Canada!

After only 3 days you say you regret it and waste of money. Give it time.
2 weeks and still not happy. My friends confirmed no results whatsoever and pigmentation and scars are visible even under makeup! I am sorry but this should be a almost no downtime procedure. I did this to delay a facelift; if I knew this was the healing time and no results I would have avoided wasting my time and money!
Who told you it’s an “almost no downtime procedure”?! And why pick at the scabs when every single website tells you not to pick at the scabs? I get the feeling you had very little knowledge what Plasma Pen entailed with regards to downtime, procedure, aftercare and healing process.
Check out Christine Byer on Youtube. She's a master esthetician who also had same procedure and talks about all this and is happy w/ the final results. But wasn't at first.
Yes I saw them but she did like 4 treatments before seeing any results in a long period of time and she most probably did other procedures meanwhile. Considering the pain involved, the downtime, risks and cost this procedure is not worth it at all! I would not do it again even if it was for free!!!!!
omg you need to give it way more time, the heeling as not even begun. I've had plasma done over five times - I understand how stressful the healing process can be but you need to understand the dots will go away and the skin will heal. the first time I had it I thought I would be scarred too. I wasn't. collagen doesn't even begin to build until after 3 weeks. give it time and relax.
I regret I had it done. I have hyperpigmentation after 8 months. Unfortunately my pigmentations remained. Make sure follow your dermatologist advice.
The worst plasma pen in the market is Louise Walsh international. Stay away from it.
Try not to worry about marks yet, give your skin a couple more months to renew
