Horrific Scarring on my Chest

I got my hands, side of my face and my chest done. I wore gloves and sunscreen and covered my chest religiously (which I do anyway.) The summer after I got the treatment, my husband said, oh you have a rash. It was a hot day and the heat made the scars stand up on end. Tiny bumps where the burns occurred were visible like I had gotten a tattoo. Neither my hands nor face had this issue. I now have worse freckling in all areas where the pen was, but my chest is so bad I want to cry. I have no clue how to fix it and the freckles are getting worse along with the scarring.

i also have these white dots one year later. Do u think micro needling will still work?

I don’t know- it’s not as mottled as it was but the dots are still there. It was worse in the sun before, the dots would almost pop out but that seems to be lessening.

Yeah in the sun it seems more noticeable, it sucks been affecting me so much mentally. What treatments have you tried and how long did it take for things to get better?

Update on plasma pen scarring

The dots are still visible. The freckling is not as bad. I was in the sun for the first time on Saturday and the white dots didn’t flare up as much as last summer. Still wouldn’t recommend this treatment to anyone as it only caused scarring with no positive results

Update on scarring

I still have the white dots. I was in the sun for the first time this year over the weekend and the dots did not flare up into a rash as much as last summer. It would flare up even if I wasn’t in the sun and I just got hot. I’ve attached some updated photos

It does look much better!! I think within a year or two they should fade hopefully. Has anyone said this could be permanent?

Also you should try doing some sessions of fractional micro needling & LED RED light therapy!!

Thank you for sharing your experience. For what it's worth, the most recent photos of your chest look very nice! Though I'm sure it's not entirely what you expected. I had put a deposit down for this treatment about 3 years ago, but I was worried about how long it would take my face to heal since I have very fair, sensitive skin. The information you provided was helpful.
