I was diagnosed with Breast Cancer at 37 years old...

I was diagnosed with Breast Cancer at 37 years old.... I was so eager to take the next step to remove the cancer, I did not have time to properly research a plastic surgeon. I had a single mastectomy with immediate reconstruction in Summer of 2012 by a different Doctor. The results were not as I hoped. They were rippled, deformed and uncomfortable.
I went to Dr Low based on a recommendation. He is so knowledgeable, he sat with me answered a million of my questions and said that he could fix my breast. I immediately felt comfortable with Dr Low and scheduled my surgery with him. My surgery was 2 weeks ago, I am still healing but can already see a difference. I am so pleased with the results.
Dr Low has followed up with me at office visits and phone calls to see how I am doing. He really takes time and truly cares for his patients. I am confident knowing that I have an Amazing Doctor in my corner! I have had several Doctors over the last few years and Dr Low is the absolute BEST!!!!!!

I am so happy you finally got great results. You mentioned you rushed into the reconstruction process. In hindsight, did you have more time to research or were you in the process of treatment perhaps? Congratulations for conquering the cancer! Thank you for sharing your story on RealSelf!
