I knew I was overweight and that I had to make...
I knew I was overweight and that I had to make changes, but nothing really worked, probably because I would start and not follow through. In reviewing my medical notes, I noticed my doctor had listed me as "morbid obese". This scared me!!! I spoke to my niece about getting a procedure done, but how embarrassing when I was advised that they could not do anything for me at the spa because the procedures would not really work on me. She was advised to take me to Dr. "A". I was glad I kept the appointment - I've lost 40lbs. already and I feel great. I still have a long way to go, but I can at least go to the gym and I am now able to run at the track. Running is something I haven't been able to do in several years. I highly recommend Dr. A's office. I love working Ebony - she is really good at giving pep talks and she really cares about her clients. She always wants to see "before" pictures and my most recent picture.
