I had 400 cc round hi profile silicone implants placed under the muscle about 5 years ago. I had a decent amount of breast tissue then. I was probably a large C cup. 3 years ago I had a BBL with fat transfer and gained about 20 pounds for the procedure so I'd have some extra fat to work with. I gained a couple of inches in my bust and ever since then I feel like my boobs are exploding. I've always carried tension in my neck and shoulders and haven't had the greatest posture, but the extra weight of my breasts is causing me a lot of issues. I tried to work through the pain and tightness by working out, getting massages, seeing a chiropractor, an orthopedist and taking anti-inflammatories. Nothing had given me lasting relief. I'm so sore all the time that it's hard to exercise and I feel like an elephant is sitting on my chest. I've decided that it's time for these puppies to go. I'm extremely happy with my decision and am excited about going back to my natural boobs. My fiance isn't supportive though and I've had to stop discussing my plans with him. I only have one family member and one friend that I can talk to about this, so it feels really good to share everything here! I had the best consultation with a doctor and I'm scheduled for later this month. I'm ready to be free and will keep you all updated!

I had the best experience at my consultation yesterday. The two ladies on staff and Dr. Angobaldo were all very caring and professional. They each took the time to get to know me and understand why I came in. They made it a personal and comfortable experience. I had a whole list of questions and Dr. Angobaldo spent a lot of time with me answering each one in depth. My mind was made up and he didn't try to talk me out of or into anything. I'm very excited to have my procedure later this month and I expect that I'll love the results.
