Planning on getting a rhinoplasty

Hello ! I'm planning to get my body done with Dr. Totonochi in Westlake, Ohio.
I have 3 kids, 3 is a good number, no more for me.
I have abdominal separation that I want corrected and just some extra skin on my stomach. I do work out and I think I would have a bomb stomach if it wasn't for my extra skin/ ab separation. I had my first son very young, and my stomach really bothered me. I have come to love it and accept it, but I'm ready to go ahead with this surgery and hopefully have my dream body. My nose, I broke it and it's crooked and I would just like a more sculpted and cute nose. Especially when I smile. I didn't smile in pictures for the longest time. Just like with my stomach, I have come to accept my nose and love me for me.. but my husband gave me the green light to get anything i want for my Mother's Day gift. At first I thought butt implants with Dr. Widder in Virginia, but after thinking about it, I have decided to go ahead and get my nose and stomach. My follow up consultation is going to be Friday, May26. I'll update then. This is a dream come true for me !

So after meeting with the doctor, I have decided to just go with the rhinoplasty. The mini tummy tuck wasn’t going to give me the results I wanted. Super excited !!

I’m so ready .. I can’t wait to see my new nose .. I never really worse my hair up or back when I go out because I was so self conscious of my side profile. I have been practicing different cute updos and cute ponytails. So happy!!
