Planning Butt Implants in Marbella

I am going for my second surgery with Dr.Aslani I have already had a BBL in Marbella. I was told I should better do implants in the first place since I did not have so much fat. I think for what I had he did a good job,it was just the maximum I could have.What is good that have a fatter butt and more meat over the implants. Ideally I want to go asap,I have booked in for September but hoping to go earlier.

Pre op
I got my online consultation scheduled for next week I know the surgeon so no great surprises expected . Just want to make sure I make clear tjta I don't want a monster butt. I am quite happy with the outcome of my BBL actually just a bit more projection and a bit more to the hips that is all

It has been a while but I think it was around 1200? I literally had zero butt before that

Goals
What gets me excited about this result is I think that the girl here had less grounding. The size is just simply perfect, not too much but nice and round and peachy I am really hoping for something similar.It is so important to set out realistic goald, I have seen so many girls coming out with really good outcomes and then being disappointed just bescause they had expectations somewhere in the clouds. I just LOVE this one !

Check my story.... not all bodies are the same but it is my biggest regret. I got them removed 2 years ago and still healing

What happened? Sorry you had a bad result or unhappy with what happened. I’m three days out and loving my bottom. Extremely natural on a petite frame.

I really appreciate if you would not spread negativity here especially since your surgery was elsewhere. Advising is great but there is a big difference between that and spreading negativity

Of course...that is why we have to sign waivers.. plastic surgery is not a 100 percent guarantee. I had total trust in my doctor and his office And I’m truly grateful for a great A result. I feel really sorry for others who have not. It’s expensive and painful to not truly like outcome. I hope you find piece and continue to heal.
