I have met with 4 board certified plastic surgeons. First one told me full lift with implants, 2nd told me no lift needed, 3 told me crescent lift, 4th told me borderline needing a lift- if I don't get one nipples will sit a little low, if I do get one it would be ideal but still optional. Waiting for the nurse to call back. The 4th doctor was my favorite for so many reasons. I will do a full review for her after the procedure is done.

My PS said it was possible I could also need a lift. He was so unsure that he said if it was needed it would be an easy future fix. His advise was do the BA see how they sit after a year or more he could do a lift and it wouldn't be that much of a cost difference than doing them together. But much more recovery, scar, invasive if not really needed. I got a BA last week and I don't think I'll be needing it especially once they settle

It's nice to hear from the "borderline" lift reviewers because I think I feel similar to how you've stated in your posts, if I had a lot more volume I would be happy. I'm after improvement not necessarily naked body perfection. Not many people will see my bare breasts outside of medical staff and my husband.

My "before" was very similar to yours and I am very happy with no lift. I'm only 8 weeks post-op so I still have quite a bit of dropping and fluffing to do, but I think you'll be very happy with just the implants :)

The decision is up to you. It depends on what your ideal look is. Search for more wish picks. This made me feel weird to do but the doctor does go off them and can tell what kind of look you are going for. There is a lot to choose from; size, shape, placement. Do you want high profile or moderate plus? I've seen women on here that get high profile and there is no need for a lift. Their boobs look amazing!

Aww do you remember her username I gotta find the original poster and see what her specifications to her BA are. The naturalness is exactly what I envisioned!! They slope so nicely yet are full.

I got a call this morning that the surgeon needed to move the surgery from July 11 to the 14th. Kind of disappointed but still excited.
