I have never been satisfied with my body, causing me not to enjoy being at the beach, not wanting to go anywhere without a bra and the list goes on. When I had a friend discuss with me her experience with Destination Beauty I went into research mode, I spend about 5 months looking into all the positives and negatives of going overseas for surgery, and the positives beat the negatives by far. Getting surgery was a big thing for me and I did not take it lightly. I wanted to make sure the decision i was making was the right one. And I know now it surely was.
Making the first step to contact one of the consultants I was very nervous. Once all questions and queries answered I looked into flights. At this stage I was so excited, nervous and just about every other emotion you can imagine. I discussed with my consultant my flight times and we then orgainsed hotel and surgery package. And now with a surgery date book it was 100% happening, my dream came true, I was going to finally have boobies.
The next few weeks flew by and before I knew it I was checking into my beautiful hotel in Bangkok, and then next was my consultation with mt Surgeon, Dr Narongdej. I believe he felt my nerves as he was very lovely and nice, answering all questions I had and giving me his genuine professional opinions.
Waking up from anesthesia was a very calm and relaxed experience for myself. I remember trying to look down to see if I had breast to my delight I did. I didn't have any drain tubes nor any bruising. That night in hospital I did not feel any excruciating pain just some discomfort. I had a nurse check up on me hourly and early in the morning I asked for pain relief as I was now feeling some pain. The following morning I had a great appetite eating all the fruit and yogurt. A nurse come in to help me shower that morning. I was able to get up and go toilet but this caused alot of pain.
That afternoon Dr Narongdej came in to check to see how I am going and asked if I wanted to stay another night in hospital. I myself was feeling great and choose to go to the hotel. I then had 10 days to travel and site see Thailand and I made the most of it. I also forgot to mention all the transfers from airport to hotel to hospital and back were all organized by destination beauty, which was so helpful.!! My driver was Mikey, and he was forever smiling and joking!
So two days after surgery I booked a day tour to see the Temples, and I felt great. I was able to see all the temples and also the golden Budda. The following day I visited a Zoo and got to feed a baby Tiger, that by far was the highlight of the trip. Not to mention all the shopping. MBK is a MUST.
It was now a week since surgery so I had a follow up with Dr. Narongdej, again he was great answering everything I asked. He redressed my incisions and gave me instructions on how to care for the incisions.
The last few days in Thailand we went shopping again, and also went to the markets on the water, went to snake show, and monkey show. The last night in Bangkok there was a thunderstorm so we stayed in and watched movies.
As a whole, I was able to travel overseas for the first time and do all the tourist things and get surgery, my Cosmetic Holiday turned out cheaper than getting Surgery in Australia!. There was not one moment I felt disappointed or let down. Every day of my holiday I loved! I would 100% recommend Destination Beauty to anyone who is wanting to get surgery.
Now I am about 7 months post op I have gone up 4 breast size and my self esteem is very healthy. The size of 8E sounds pornstar huge, but under clothes they look only a D, this is what I believe anyway. I can easily wear tight clothes and show them off if i want to, but this is not the type of person I am. In my everyday clothes no one has ever picked it that I have had a boob job. But in a Bikini, well its pretty obvious, especially for the people that knew be pre surgery.

How do you rate Dr Narongdej?
I am booked in on the 25th of November to get the surgery done but I am feeling nervous?
Do you feel he exceeded your expectations?
Ive got my surgery booked with Dr NJ a few days before you. :)
I had a friend who booked with him as well and she said he was very straight forward and to the point.
I am nervous too but he is the head surgeon...
Yes expectations were met and not a bad thing to say. Three years on and I have not had any problems. I did go a larger size that what the doctor recommended but I would stay stick with what you want (but be practicable at the same time). And also don't take notice of any of the horror stories it will not do any good for you.
